I have always used Mike Erdman service for my daughters Camry but the latest service was not acceptable. I brought her car in for an oil change and malfunctioning rear camera. After five hours the car was returned with significant paint damage to the hood. All the service manager wanted to do was argue with me about the damage stating different reasons for the cause of damage. His reasoning was unacceptable and he was extremely rude and needs to learn some customer service skills!! Very sad he is the face of service for Mike Erdman. We were actually considering a trade as my daughter saw a Tacoma she was interested in but unfortunately we wil not do business with this dealership again!!!!!!

Wonderful encounter with Sales Rep Ivan last Saturday. Tried his best to make us feel valued by the Erdman organization and to meet our need for a new vehicle.
Knowledgeable and willing to answer questions we had.
Drove off with a new RAV4 - not the HYBRID my husband wanted but...
