We have been with Mr. Stor-It, Merritt Island, for over 20 years now. Staff is friendly, patient and helpful. We plan to continue storing our items here for many more years.

Pam was a fantastic help. Super friendly and answered all of our questions. She keeps the facility, spotless and clean; hallways, bathrooms, everything. She even offered snacks out of her own pocket to customers. It would be nice if all storage facilities had somebody like her to assist.

Best value in storage in Merritt Island! I moved to this facility over 15 years ago when my prior storage location prices increased. The staff, facilities, equipment, and cleanliness have been consistently excellent. Great customer service - thanks for all the help.

I'm a longtime renter here. I have had a good experience! The complex is always clean and has been very safe! The phone is answered when I have questions or concerns...always pleasantly and helpfully!

Very happy with this storage facility! Clean, safe and secure. The staff is very courteous and goes above and beyond to make their customers feel welcome including handing out water and snacks if needed. Definitely the only storage place that I have experienced that! Thank you!!
