Their printing services are horrid. Customer service even more so. They also are never open their posted hours. Just stopped by at 6:45…closing time is 7 and they were locked up with their safety gate in place already. Below is the “quality” print job I received. I ordered a booklet and the pages are all cattywompus, the coloring horrendous. The guy who spoke to me on the phone said it’s just how the machine does it. Don’t waste your time or money here!

Saw office chair on sale with a price and sale sign. Salesman knew nothing about the levers or buttons on chair. Then told me the price of chair was 20 dollars more than price on chair. Say what? It was 20 dollars more on his screen. But the tag and price is different on the chair. He said maybe they’d give it to me at that price. Are they nuts? The other salesman wasn’t much help, and anther customer left ahead of me being dissatisfied. So whatever price is on an item is really not what it sells for? Bad business. Never coming back.

Don't go there to drop off Fed ex packages, because you will just wait for no reason and have to go somewhere else like I had to. A complete waste of time.

Rude and unhelpful. Had a pricey print job I was trying to get done. They were happy to sell me some overpriced paper, but when it came down to the print job itself, they acted like they couldn't be bothered with it, and basically told me to go figure it out myself. I'll go somewhere else that isn't on the verge of going out of business, that actually cares about customers.

Each time I go to Office Depot, I am treated with kindness & good service. The employees made my business logo stickers bright & beautiful. I highly recommend being a business select member to receive amazing deals. Thank you, I look forward to our next project.

In short, they have failed to fulfill our orders either correctly or at all three times in a row. Internal communication is lack luster, communication with the customer is practically nonexistent, and there is a disconnect between what the website shows can be done versus what the local storefront is actually prepared to do (which is not much, honestly). We will not be using Office Depot's print services again.

Asked for a price check on printer ink. Put on hold. Was disconnected.Returned call. Took forever for someone to answer. Asked the same question. Sounded annoyed & to tell me to go online & check it.Asked, can't you check?Sounded irritable.Came back with an amount from this store.(Which is cheaper online, than the price given for this store.)No wonder Office Depot is Folding!Higher prices & Poor Customer Service!

5 stars to Derek G. for resolving an issue from last night. Yesterday evening I was not pleased with the results of printing copies. As a customer, I didn't want to hear "I can't help you." All the 2 employees wanted to do was hurry up and close up (which I don't blame them)! I then asked who the supervisor was for today and they told me Derek. I told them I'll be back after work.
