Lots of great finds and quality items. You just have to get past the initial look of the place.

Ollies is a crazy place to shop! They have a very bizarre setup. You will find great deals but you may find coffee in the sporting goods department. If you can deal with the organized chaos You can find Great deals especially on candles.

Always find some great bargains at Ollie's. We needed some cheap tshirts and came here to look. Usually can find them for $2.99 each here. This time we settle for ones with an image on them for $4.99. I'm trying high protein slimfast shakes because it was the shake on special this time.

A BLAST FROM MY PAST!I had never heard of Ollie's Bargain Outlet until recently. I saw it last year when I was in Florida but didn't check it out until this year's visit.OMG! It is exactly what the former Building 19 chain was before Jerry Ellis stepped down from running it. The same merchandise. The same signage. The same slogans. The same grafics. It was exactly like stepping into a building 19 from its early years up until it changed in the late 1990s (it closed around 2010).Let me explain... The business model is what used to be called "railroad salvage". They buy out the "last seasons" goods that major stores didn't sell. They buy from bankruptcies, manufacturer overstock, remanufactured products and odd lot goods. They do their buying at a discount and then resell at a discount. The stores are not fancy with basic warehouse shelving and bare cement floors. There are NO FITTING ROOMS and very few of the niceties of full retail stores. It's a little like a treasure hunt as inventory always changes. You'll never know what you will find there. This location is fairly large. They had housewares, books, food, camping supplies, auto accessories, clothing, cleaning supplies, toys, and games. There was a lot to look at and some really good prices.Stop buy and check it out. It's the type of store people either love or hate.

Older cashier is extremely rude and disrespectful. M ar has a horrible attitude and should not be working with guest. Seems like leadership needs to be retrained alsoBig lots and wal mart will get my money going forward.

Please be advised that this business unfortunately does not follow ADA laws. If you are disabled and travel with a service dog it would be best to take your dog elsewhere. An employee of this establishment named Pamela, allowed a lunging and growling dog to stay in the store and shop. While endangering not only a working service animal who was also shopping in the store but also the handler who was at risk of a medical episode. As an establishment that only allows service animals I would expect them to handle these situations with much more care and urgency. I can only hope that Ollie’s will hold their employees accountable and will have to go through training of ADA laws and how to speak to customers better.

Employees should really start following the law if the company doesn’t want to get sued. Pamela wanted to kick a real service dog out of the store so that an owner of an aggressive dog could keep shopping.

This store never fails to have exactly what I need! I bring my sons here every holiday to get their mom gifts, they have everything from food to cheap appliances and even wedding rings, that’s right, I proposed to my wife at and Ollie’s many years ago. I can spend hours wandering around the store getting lost in all its glory and yet still walk out with only the necessities. Unfortunately, my wife just doesn’t get it Janice didn’t like the ring I got her as a ‘please don’t divorce me a gift’. She just doesn’t get it how majestic this place really is. She asked me last Christmas to take her and the boys to Disney World but instead, I got them all Ollie’s coupons, the boys were thrilled, Janice was so overcome by the joy that she locked herself in the bathroom and cried for the remainder of the day. Thank you Ollie’s for always having exactly what I need!

Basic bargain store, with the fresh smell of cheap Chinese goods. No access to the store from inside the mall, so that sucks.

The management in this stores needs to be retrained. Manager opens extra lane to get line down. Sees me walk up and start unloading my cart. Finishes with lady in front of me, turns light off and walks away, like I'm invisible. I wait a minute thinking she is coming back. Nope, starts talking with an associate. WTH is wrong with people! The other cashier finishes her line and says, I can help you here. No, thanks! Left everything ($100) worth of items and left. Will not be back to this store. I will drive off Island.
