Completely unprofessional, and as the wife of the business owner, I would not recommend this to anyone business or not!

I had the most appalling experience at this bank. The staff and management were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was treated with utter disrespect and condescension from the moment I walked in. The management was unresponsive to my concerns and seemed more interested in dismissing me than addressing the issue at hand. I felt completely devalued as a customer and will not be returning. I strongly advise anyone considering this bank to think twice before subjecting themselves to such abysmal treatment.

Since when is there a fee charged to cash a check drawn on your bank? Ridiculous. Bad enough the first branch didn't even have tellers anymore. Drove 20 minutes out of my way to be told it would be over $50. Unfckingbeliveable.

Third time staff was rude and condescending. This time staff got hostile with me over picking up a forgotten drivers license. Delt with the second person twice now and just unpleasant and arrogant. I’ve had account there for 40 years and experience just plain unacceptable behavior almost every time from this branch.

I went to this bank in Rockledge FL today to deposit money in my employer's account. I had to go inside because the drive thru lanes were all blocked off. I went inside & an employee asked if they could help me I responded I want to make a deposit, she asked if I had a debit card oh sorry she said I mean a deposit card I have no deposit card well I must have one to put money in their bank this was no notice to the account holder the only 2 banks that I CAN deposit money in are their "traditional bank" at Wickham/Pineda or Merritt Island as they have no tellers in Rockledge. I live in Cape Canaveral so how convenient is it to do banking with them. Two or three years ago they closed the Cocoa Beach bank without notice. So more people are out of work that actually want to work. I informed my employer to please obtain this much needed "deposit" card so we can can continue to be their client. As of now I cannot put money in this business account

They must have changed! The 1st lady with the glittery face mask was outstanding. I'm not really friendly. Not rude, but not smiley. And this beautiful woman got me to smile and talk! Another lovely lady joined our conversation and it was so pleasant. If they had problems with the tellers before; they headed advice and got some new talent. Thank you ladies!

The worst banking experience I've ever had! I would never recommend this bank to anyone. Literally no customer service phone line, I sat on hold for 30 minutes one day trying to get through before finally just hanging up. The ATM was outta service multiple times at multiple different machines. Go to TD Bank they are amazing!

I would like to thank the staff at this PNC bank. They were great, on helping me set up a new business account. I use to bank at Wells Fargo but felt this bank lost its personal touch with its clients. The manager was a great help with all the paperwork, account info, and made me feel very welcomed. I've also have a personals account with them and have not been disappointed. I have never experienced any bad behaver with any of the bank staff.

The worst customer service in the state! The tellers like to argue and management does not care. Move your money else ware(even Wells is better). So sad they bought Compass!

PNC was a great bank when it first opened. What happened?? They are rude, mainly management. The managers used to be so nice and friendly. PNC you need to get your act together.I plan on changing banks. PNC has lost the confidence of it's customers. Shame on you PNC!

Horrible freaking bank! After a year with them had an issue that was not my fault! Bank manager understood and should have been fixed! However, the result was nill... no long term damage but the short term is terribly threatening! Please stay clear if PNC and if you are currently there, get out before it happens to you too... who thought a lost debit card, no fraudulent charges, could screw you so bad! PNC is a joke of a bank!

December 2020 by Mindi G.
My parents have had accounts with this bank from multiple years. My mother died last year on August 29, 2019 my father died November 1, 2020. I am the representative payee for my father and the executor of his estate. I have been into the office multiple times with copies of his death certificate trying to get his Social Security money released to me which comes in my name as the representative payee. I have been told multiple different things from every banker. I went in again last week with documentation from Social Security and another copy of the death certificate and today I received a call from the escalated department saying that I cannot receive the money that it is a PNC policy that money cannot be received in an account after a person died. However both times when I went into the bank with my parents died I was told to leave the account open in case any money was due them so that it could be received. Now they are telling me I need to call Social Security and have them take the money back out and send it to me a different way. Social Security told me they've paid out his money and consider his account to be closed. It is December 23 am I father died November 1 and I have already been to the bank multiple times no one has ever told me this. He had no life insurance and I had to use the money to pay for his funeral and his rent and other living expenses I am highly upset that their policies are not communicated among employees and that no one is giving me the same answer.

Having issues with them and Noone in the branch nor in any department have answers to any of my questions except "we will get back to you within 2-3 days". Tomorrow will be 7 days and spoke to them 4 times with that same answer. If there is a problem with my account why is noone addressing what the hell is the issue? There are at least 3 WAYS to get a hold of me...phone, email and address. I've gotten no phone call or texts, no email, and no letter. After reaching out so many times I still have NO answer! Get it your act together!
