Can I give a zero...staff is rude. Made us move 3 times in a different spot. We waited and waited and they loaded others, no matter how long we had waited. Took other cruises and now ours when line was the longest. Plus, we had a baby to stand out in the hot sun. Will never ever park there again and we suggest u don't either. Go to Park and ride... they are the BEST.

Picked this parking location for the ratings and supposed convenience. Next time we’ll just Uber. What a nightmare to start vacation. Line of cars at the entrance just to check in to park and then waited nearly an hour standing in line for a shuttle. Shuttle driver arguing with the baggage guys just verified what a shitshow unorganized mess it is at the Port Canaveral Parking .

The trip to the cruise terminal was amazing! Our driver (a young woman) was incredible and funny. On the way back was a different story, you couldn’t find the area. But once we did the lady was smoking, gruff and a bit hostile with some of the passengers and other shuttle drivers. Then we get a couple that was fighting and the woman was just yapping away, at one point she spit on my arm from running her mouth. Once to the parking lot I jumped up and got out. Brought the car around and there is no clear way to get out. We had to circle twice and ask someone how to leave.

Easy parking away from port and the shuttle service is fast and convenient. Handicap accessible, too. Our driver, Lacie, was fantastic! Personable, fun, and very professional!

Port Canaveral parking is disgusting. After spending thousands of dollars per person for your fare, they have the nerve to charge $180 to park your car. I'd sincerely prefer the price to be factored into my fare and have the parking be "free". Everyone parking there has already paid a steep price to be there and they practically hold you hostage. Sadly, there's not many alternatives.

The location and staff are really conducive to cruising from Port Canaveral. Big benefits are such that when you arrive, the shuttle actually picks you up from your parking spot. The driver was very pleasant and loaded the bags into their shuttle. You can tip by tip jar or Venmo/Zelle. The pickup location is EXACTLY as they shared with us when we left the shuttle; and they were already waiting for the ship to disembark it's passengers on our return date. Here's the BIG NEGATIVE. I personally never heard of any comments about ants but my wife did hear the driver say not to leave any food in the car or we could get ants on our departure day. We had NO food in our vehicle when we left the vehicle and we had an ant infestation when we got back from our vacation. Plus we had to walk to our car with our luggage because even though we were picked up at our car at drop off, we had to walk to our car when the shuttle returned from the port. If Port Canaveral Parking knows they have an ant problem then they should invest in a pest control company. We will not park there again until and if this is the steps they take because the cost to then clean/detail your car to rid the vehicle of ants doesn't warrant the savings of the off-port parking. Plus, it was disgusting driving home with these ants. We had to pull over twice to swipe them from the steering wheel, dashboard, windshield and seats. I can only imagine if a car is parked there that does have food in it.

It was me an my family first time cruise an we had the time of our life. The excursions set up was good an the staff on an off the boat was wonderful. Lulu in particular was one off our favorite but everything was great over all an we cannot wait till the next one. Keep up the good work.

Port Canaveral Parking is awesome! From booking online to pickup after debark. Mike was our driver for embark, and Lacie was our driver after debark. Both the drivers were absolutely wonderful and paid special attention to my mother lower back trouble. I would give them five stars, but the agent that checked us in prior to boarding the shuttle wasn't very pleasant. I can't remember her name but she was the older black lady. Other than that, I have no complaints and will definitely us the service again.
