I was reading the reviews for this pharmacy while I was speaking with the attendant on the phone. She was very condescending and rude. Some of these reviews are right on spot. But that apparently doesn't mean anything the Publix. She hung up the phone at the end of the conversation without saying anything. Good thing there's plenty of choices

I dislike calling this Publix pharmacy on Courtenay. Twice I've call, and both times was treated very rudely. In person, no difference. I can't believe I'm saying this, but the Walmart Pharmacy on Merritt Island has better customer service. Each Publix technician I've dealt with on Courtenay has been short and condescending. It is clear to me, in no uncertain terms, that I am a PITA to them. My guess is that they hate their jobs and are taking it out on the pharmacy customer.

I told a woman at the desk ,I thought someone was shoplifting and she did not care. I guess certain people are allowed to steal.

Margie the pharmacy technician should retire as she doesn't know how to read a prescription. She was very rude and condescending to me when I corrected her. The first time I used Publix to fill my Rx I thought she was just having a bad day. But after my second visit, I realized that she is a very unhappy person who dislikes her job and interacting with people. Good-bye North Merritt Island Publix.

Terrible service! I ordered subs today 6/24/2021 and went there to go pick them up. When I got there, no one cared to deal with me. They were too busy cleaning the back. I finally get to talk to some chubby girl with dark hair who was not wearing a name tag. I approached her and asked her if my order was ready and she told me they never got my order. I showed her my phone with the order at that location and she told me they never got the order and she doesn't have the stuff to make it and walked away. No apology, no substitution, didn't even care to bother making my subs. I understand you might not have all the stuff, but for THREE different subs? She merely looked at the phone. I always have an issue with that deli and this was the last straw. I waited for almost an hour for this lady to tell me I'm not getting my subs which was dinner for my kids. Absolutely ridiculous! This seems to be the only Publix I have had an issue with. Check your deli employees because their attitude isn't the first time.

I had a large order at the sub counter 7 foot long sandwiches and it took forever..the only person doing subs wasn't organized..it was 7 on a Friday evening and the cheese had to be sliced, roast beef wasn't rare but they said it was the sub toppings were all empty and sad looking.. out of boarshead pickles, no olives..just over all a bad experience.. It was over 45 mins for 7 sandwiches..I could've cooked a meal in that time.. disappointed to say the least..

I give this Publix five stars because of the pharmacy ladies. I have never met a more caring group of pharmacists and pharmacy workers especially Margie. I passed 4 Publix locations to get my prescriptions. It is obvious that top management has excellent leadership skills because every Publix I go into the employees are very happy and they are working hard. This is a very high class company without the high class attitude!

This place is hit or miss. Most of the baggers are pretty cool but the employees at the deli and seafood section are really lacking in...well...pretty much every basic skill required to gain employment at most places. Here is a tiny bit of advice: If someone is standing at your section, waiting to order some seafood, you might want to at least let them know that you will serve them at some point in time. Also it would help to learn English. And, it is pretty damn stupid to talk ill about a customer and point at them while they are 10 feet away from you. Genius!

The store itself is very clean and the staff is always kind and helpful. BUT.. there is an associate in the Deli that always has his mask below his nose. This has been brought to his attention multiple times by me while he was making my sandwich and on at least 3 occasions. He claims to not feel it slip. Please, please address this. His name is Ryan and he may be a supervisor. It just makes me not want to shop there after 10 years of this being my store..

I typically shop at Publix in PSJ or Cocoa Commons. I love going to Publix's for the great selection as well as great customer care. Today, I was in Merritt Island and decided to do my shopping. Needless to say the customer care is nothing close to the quality I am used to receiving. Not only was the cashier not friendly, but the bagger literally threw my 2 gallons of milk into the top of my cart. She also placed a box of Lacroix cans on the top of my grocery items.
