The bagels are good NOT great. Please do not explain your bona fides and express how this is exactly like bagels in Brooklyn…it’s not. The bagels are fine if not slightly undercooked. I
I really didn’t enjoy the cook continuing to touch my re-warmed/rubbery egg. This place is huge on hubris not so much on quality.

The service here is really fast. The bagels and sandwiches here are really good. My only complaint is the selection of bagels. A number of times my favorites are gone. But the quality is always really good.
