I arrived within the drop off window (8-9am) as was communicated to me for grooming. Upon arrival I was dismissed by the groomer, and abruptly told (for the first time) that the drop off time for grooming was 8:15 am and that my appointment was given to someone else after I did not show up. I never received a call about the change in drop off time nor any notice that my appointment was forfeited. I have a senior 3lb Yorkie that could have easily been accommodated for an overpriced wash. This place is only interested in making money the easiest way they can. There is zero compassion, for the pet or the owner. I pleaded with the team there offering personal information in hope of some understanding for the apparent miss communication, but I was just met with a cold no. I will not be going there and hope you reconsider too. How someone acts with you says a lot about how they will treat your furbaby.

We paid around $250 to have our dog treated here. The price just included shots, medicine, and a heartworm test. This is far more expensive than what we are used to paying for a yearly vet visit. We left a message on their prescription line stating that we would like a prescription for a specific heartworm preventative. We were clear in the message which one we needed a prescription for. My husband picked it up and paid $2 for it. However, we realized that the prescription that we received was for a different version of the medicine. We didn't want or request for this version of the medicine. We cannot use this prescription at Chewy because it's not for the specific one that we placed the order for. Now I'm forced to cancel my order at Chewy. Even our surname was misspelled on the prescription. We were met with an attitude and told that we were the ones that made the mistake. This is a total lie. We were also told that we had to pay another $2 for the prescription to be rewritten. This place nickels and dimes people. Then, treats customers with disrespect. I wouldn't take my pet here even if it was the last vet hospital on earth.

My fur kids have been patients of Dr. Pearson for the last 18 years and we couldn't be happier. When I moved to south Brevard I continued to drive the 25 minutes to see Dr. Pearson. I appreciate the time and attention she gives us everytime we visit and have no issue waiting a little longer knowing she gives all her attention to my dogs. Many vet offices over book and churn patients through and this is not the case at Space Coast Vet. I would and do recommend her to all my fellow pet parents. When I had to say goodbye to my sweet Oscar Dr. Pearson and Priscilla drove all the way to Viera to my house so that I didn't have to bring him in to the office. Her prices are well below other local vet offices when compared to what my friends say they are paying. My dogs are my family and I wouldn't trust anyone else with their care.

We took our 2 cats to Space Coast Vet for their yearly annual visit. She informed me that 1 of our cats had an abscess in his mouth and would need to be removed & biopsied and we were given an estimate for the procedure. Upon calling back to schedule the procedure, I informed them they put a medication on the invoice twice. I was told that yes, that was a mistake but it was supposed to be a different medication. Ok, no biggie. However, they then inform me they forgot to add the anesthesia which is $55 per 30 mins. That is a bigger problem and now the estimate is over $100 more at a minimum. Since I can no longer trust them, I go to another vet and am told there is no abscess. He had some gum disease which was causing bad inflammation. Needless to say, the new vet was right and it cost alot less. Unfortunately, I can’t say whether this was a mistake on Dr. Pearson’s part or needing to make some extra money but it’s not a risk we would be willing to take with our animals again. So no, we would not go back. *Added pic after owner response. Clearly says lump removal and histology which is what we were told at the visit and the word abscess was absolutely used.

I took my dog here for the first time yesterday for an emergency appointment which they got us in an hour after I called. They were all very nice and professional. I really like how they do not run unnecessary tests or procedures to keep the cost down unlike some vet's. Would definitely recommend!

The vet and her staff took care to ensure all our questions were thoroughly answered. They were great with our new pup.

After 2 or 3 missed diagnosis of easy stuff i would have changed vets but this clinic is my local clinic and i wanted it to work out with this place. But they are just Not the best i have been going there the last 3 years with all 4 of my dogs and my bills are not insignificant you would think they would offer me a multi dog discount or something especially since im not a breeder but no. They begrudgingly give me back to back appointments with my dogs i cant even bring 3 of the 4 in at a time. I have to take 2 then drive home get the other 2 if i am lucky. F this when my bills are 400 plus a trip you would think they might do something to help me like hold a dog for a moment so i can go to the running car and get another, but no. Nothing. It's stupid they are my neighborhood vet and but they hardly say hi when i walk in. I'm a nice friendly person and you would think after 3 years there would help facilitate easier visits.

I've had great experiences with Dr Pearson for close to 20 years now. She recently helped me with a back issue on my dachshund, used laser therapy to heal his injury. I really like that she takes the time to discuss the best care options I have with my dogs. Great experience.
