Please avoid this salon at all cost! Lee, the owner, is by far the worst human being let alone the worst stylist! I just came in for a haircut and she left me with butchered, lopsided hair. When I tried to explain to her that it looked bad, she started arguing with me and belittled me to the point I was in tears! I kept asking her to stop being cruel to me and to understand that she ruined my hair. She accused me of trying to get a free haircut out of her which was far from the case. I had just sold a property and had just received $300k. I had the money and was excited because I planned to celebrate that evening with family and friends. In the end, she kicked me out of her place and I had to go to Haircuttery to have them try to fix the mess Lee made. I will now have to wait for my hair to grow back and adjust my hairstyle until it does grow back. There are no words to describe the level of cruelty and unprofessionalism from this Salon and from Lee! Take it from me and the many others that have also negatively reviewed this salon, stay far away from this place!

I was a walk in they took me right in and cut and colored my hair and when i left i felt awesome my hair looked great . They are awesome there i will be using them from now on .

Horrible service, my mother came in yesterday for highlights and the worker named Lee was very late, and did not greet my mother, she just told my mom to sit down. Once the bleach and foils were in her hair the lady walked away and didn’t say anything. She did not speak, just pointed where she wanted my mother to sit. When my mom paid, the lady did not give my mother her change back even though my mother repeated it several times. Once she got home there were ZERO highlights, in the sun you can barley see it. DISGUSTING SERVICE. You do not treat a human like that, let alone a customer.

Lee was in such a bad mood. She gave attitude the whole time and rushed to put bleach on my hair. The results were not how I wanted but she was in such a bad mood I was afraid to speak up. Please treat people with kindness, this service was the worst customer service I have ever received.

Lee disrespected my mother in the most degrading way, I never wrote a review before, but seeing my mother so distraught after this experience I couldn't stay quiet. Lee had a horrible attitude and treated my mother like trash. I was told by the manager that this isn't the first time a client complained about Lee. It is DISGUSTING that Lee still works there.

I had my hair done by Lee and she had a horrible attitude the whole time. I asked for highlights and I ended up with a few strips of orange hair that you can only see in the sun. I have never been this disrespected before.

I am so impressed and thrilled at the beautiful work of Lee at Spectrum Hair Salon. Lee colored, highlighted and cut my hair with perfection and efficiency. I have never had my hair done in an hour and looked and felt so beautiful. I highly recommend Lee and Spectrum Hair Salon.

I have worked with Lee and girls for a very long time and know we value all our clients, we use the highest quality products and continuing education to make sure we stay current with the newest trends. Lee and Apple were warm, open and such lovely people!!!!!!! They gave my daughter birthday purple highlights and me a pedicure. If they did tips We'd have done that too, but they even pointed up in the right direction and walked two shops down to see if they were open!!! I absolutely recommend them
