Target is a store where employees are great and offer amazing customer service. They are very polite and have thorough knowledge, going over and above for customers. One employee, in particular, helped a family get brand new phones and save a whopping 30% per month on their wireless bill, even resolving a system glitch. Another employee was super kind, chill, and an amazing vibe, treating customers with respect and quickly helping with purchases. The store itself is very clean and well organized. Their dollar spot is always quickly stocked with items that go viral. Target offers a great selection of products at fair prices, which are cheaper than other stores, and their produce is fresher. While some wish for more planet-friendly paper bags instead of plastic, the overall experience is highly appreciated, with many customers expressing their love for shopping at Target and wishing they could give more than a perfect score for the service received.

I called to see if they could change the name on my order to my sons to “pick up” his birthday present. They surprised us both by wrapping it with a sweet card! He was so excited! Thank you for going over and above on customer service!!! I’d give you a ten if I could! Much appreciated!
