Not against this branch it self but the corporate policy’sBut switching to TD was the worst idea ever if you are a new customer better make sure you got money to yourself before depositing a check for first 30 daysThey put at six business day hold on my desposit but when you do that math it works out to be 8 days so when I make my next deposit I’ll still have no money in the bankThey gave me $100 of my check then took right back before I could spend a dollarHeard great things at first that’s why I chose TD but it seems to have been a terrible idea worked hard for my money and can’t have any take care of my family.

Tried to put money in my Step daughter account. Never had a problem now they ask for my Driver's license ok I get that but ask for my Social security number too. Unless I am open a account you cannot buy Federal ask my social security number period for me to deposit money in a family member account. So check your federal laws again unless I am opening an account you can't ask for that. Drivers license is enough information. I don't what your gonna do with SS number or your intentions so you don't get it.

Waited 10-15 mins second in line. To not be greeted or hey we’ll be right with you. Gentlemen in front of me left without being helped. I strongly encourage all people to switch to Community Credit Union. YOUR TREATED AS A HUMAN BEING NOT A NUMBER OR FICA SCORE. THE MERRITT ISLAND LOCATION TD IS THE WORST BANK IVE EVER DEALT WITH. AFTER WELLS FARGO I THOUGHT ID NEVER SAY THAT. BUT DAM I WAS WRONG. ONCE ALL EFTS ARE SET UP TO CCU TD WILL BE CANCELLED

Got massive attitude from a teller and the teller manager today. Of course her name was Karen. Old boomer who looked like it was her first time in the professional world outside of her trailer park. Back talked me under her breath. Made a big deal about having to fill out a deposit slip (her job btw) when I said loud enough for the whole bank to hear, "maybe we should just get your manager involved, Karen" he comes over and says I'm making a big deal out of being treated poorly. I worked for a bank for many years. You. Do. Not. Treat. Customers. Like. This. I hope their bosses see this. I know mine did.

We've always received top-notch service from TD Bank, specifically the Merritt Island branch, and MORE specifically from Lori Strohlin at that location. We have both business and personal accounts with TD, and Lori is always responsive and helpful, no matter what we've needed. She goes above and beyond to take care of us and we're very grateful! Lori is one of the biggest reasons we've been so happy with TD Bank!

The most unfriendly staff in banking can be found at this branch only- not other TD branches. The staff is indifferent, never acknowledges delays, doesn't smile or show any sense of customer service. They are a blemish on a great brand and the branch leadership needs to move on, staff needs training and so much more.

The customer service at this location is the best!!! Dwayne is so helpful, polite and courteous, and the same goes for Laura and Melody. Even the gals in drive through offer awesome customer service! Great team you all are!!!

Update 1/20/21, not only is Melody great, but I had to go in last week and Lori is great too! Everyone there in person and in the phone always super helpful. Customer service is unparalleled! Melody is the best!

Today’s experience could not have been worse if they tried. Can’t possibly list all the issues, you wouldn’t believe me. Still waiting for the branch manager to return a phone call, it’s been over 5 hours. She was to return my call when she finished with the call she was on. Called back to an automated message. Customers are locked out of the lobby, so if you need of help from America’s most convenient bank, good luck....you are on your own.
