Nice friendly place, great customer service. They did an excellent job repairing an issue I had under warranty. I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere to get your tires serviced though. $120 to patch a tire due to a small nail is insane. Everywhere else I called is $35 - $50 bucks.

$460 for a nail in a tire! Roadside service was ok. Tow truck driver didn't know how to operate Teslas. Car was towed to service center at 9:00 pm at night. I approved tirw repair estimate for $126 at 7:30 am the next day. 11:00 am message said the tire could not be patches and it would cost $460 to to replace. Approved the cost estimate at 11:00am. it's now 1:30pm and it's still not done! WTFO?

Model 3 was delivered with a blemish on the hood. Unfortunately, I noticed the issue after I got home and parked the car in the garage right after the pick up. Communicating with Merritt Island was difficult. Tesla agreed to rectify the issue, but it was stressful. Also, sales associates are not knowledgeable of their products. They disappear after you but the car.

Just outstanding all the way around!! If you're trying to find a place to take your Tesla for service, and you made it to this review... you're golden!! THIS is without a doubt the spot to service your Tesla!!Sebastian was juggling half a dozen cars(or more) and customers as well... but you would never have known it while speaking with him! He was friendly and professional... yet calm, and approachable.. when he said he had it taken care of... I knew for sure I could trust that he was all over it!!The service center, the whole dealership for that matter... is kept clean and neat! Waiting room was comfortable, and inviting as well! There are actually 3 service centers near me... Merritt Island Tesla is a little further away than the others... but man o man is their quality of service worth it!!!

They have had my car for three months and keep kicking the can down the road to fix my sunroof they should have fixed when I first brought it to them over a year ago. Several visits later, my car battery mysteriously dies while on there watch. 15k out of pocket for me to replace it. They said insurance should cover it until they where asked to confirm water damage in the battery. Prior to this visit Four, my main screen cracked while it was in their shop for the same sunroof problem. That cost me 2k and I was told it happens. They really could care less. Worst service experience in my 30 years owning all sorts of luxury cars. Still have no end in sight as now they tell me they don't have technicians that can fix the sunroof. However, they want me to pick car up and pay the 15k for a problem that occurred while my car was in their shop.

I had a very good service experience with the repair technician that came to my home. He was very professional and knew exactly what to do. He was also very fast. That is one very good feature about being a Tesla owner is that the service department (fully loaded) comes to you on your time. I love that. And I love my Tesla.

Highly recommend this location because they have phenomenal employees like Chelsey! She gave us exceptional customer service from the moment we walked in the door.Simply put, Tesla has established the right way to buy a vehicle and we don't ever want to waste our time dealing with the classic dealership dance ever again. From website to demo, to no-haggle quick online purchase, all the way to delivery and mobile service. We are still blown away by everything we have experienced and highly encourage you to schedule a demo! We couldn't be happier with every single interaction we have had with Tesla! Big thank you to Chelsey and the rest of the team!

Worst place ever. They are rude. Waiting for your car 1hour after appointment. Waiting room didn’t have cream or sugar. Had to make my own coffee. I know this is a previous car dealership trying to jump on the EV wave. Tesla needs to shut them down. It makes the Tesla experience bad. It’s hard enough to find dealers near by. We shouldn’t have to settle for this nasty dealership. From the receptionist to the service coordinator. Now on I will drive to Orlando.

As others have said Tesla service is so incredible bad. Cars are awesome but if you ever need ANYTHING serviced it is a horrid experience. I bought a brand new Model X plaid. Had to wait a month for an appointment and another 3 weeks then holding my car. They have changed my car pick up time THREE separate times. Right now Tesla can get away with this because their cars are so good but once other companies start catching up you will see their retention for existing customers go down significantly. I’m strongly considering selling my brand new X plaid and going with a company like Porsche or someone like that that actually cares about the customer. UNREAL.

Went to test drive it, and drove away with a newly purchased car.Hefty tax brake 6 or 7 thousand. They take trade ins.Super easy, no counter offers exchanged. Just the purchase of the car period. It took 4 hours for all to be done. Don't forget to refeer your frien that already has a tesla. You two get some tesla money and discounts.

They make you wait weeks for appointment. They have this hands off drop off line. Someone was blocking it asking about a repair. He told her that she needed an appointment but she wiggled her butt and shook her hair and told him that she lives "so far away" (Melbourne) and he acquiesced and said he'd try to get it done today. So he took her car in. My car then wasn't even moved until 50 minutes after my appointment time. When I asked the desk attendant to assure they got my car "check in" (since the app is not very feedback intensive), she was very dismissive. So I asked for cream and sugar for their bare coffee bar. "If it's not there, there isn't any". So I went back to the little hole with the bad music to wait. But happened to look in cupboards and there was Cream, sugar, snacks, etc, just no employee had bothered to put it out. I refilled their coffee pot with water, all the trays with snacks, napkins, cream and sugar and put some more k-pods out for the next people. Then I had to clean their disgusting filthy countertop. I'd recommend bringing your own coffee bc I don't think they clean the machines. And when the teeny hopper came back in to tell the lady with the bootie and the hair that her car was done, I mentioned to her that I found the coffee bar items and stocked them for her. No. She didn't thank me. No she didn't apologize. After being here an hour and half, she offered me "Uber credits." I was told my appointment was "express" = less than two hours, so I said "no thank you". I'll update if it's done under two hours as promised. The "service" part of the service has lacked horribly. I hope the service product is good. That's why I'm still at two stars, not one. PS. Alignment is $300. Not a great value but other places are scared to work on the Teslas and interact with the computer. No I didn't get paid for my employment time with them.

Ordered a Model Y Performance. On pick-up the gaps were out of spec, pre the service department, also the on site technician said the gaps are not fixable, plus a paint blemish on the hood. Unfortunately no choice but to take the car because of my situation. Had they actually went over the car when it came in like they are supposed to other arrangements would have been made. Then I would have been able to wait for a new MYP to be delivered.Kat stated she would apply an accessory credit for the inconvenience. Kat never did this after multiple texts saying she would. All I ask if you’re not going to apply the credit let me know and I will purchase the few aftermarket parts anyway.I would recommend buying a Tesla, but buy from another dealer if possible. If you have to use Merritt Island don’t trust what Kat says.

The team at the merritt island service center continues to go above and beyond with their service to me. I purchased mine used from a non-tesla dealer and have had more issues then i can count with on one hand... They always make it easy, give me cool loaners, offer a personable experience and when they don't meet the expectations.. go well out of their way to make up for it.
