Let me start by saying that I have had my Verizon account since about 2003.
I purchased an IPhone 15 Pro Max at this store in December of this year as a gift.
We went in to the store for issues with setting up the phone, my girlfriend and I both commented that the customer service was very poor, at this time I don’t recall the exact details. I let it go as an employee having a bad day.
I then purchased another IPhone 15 on 22 June through Verizon along with accessories to include a screen protector, alll under warranty. The screen protector was $40 and did not adhere properly to the screen. After several phone call to Verizon to correct the issue, I was told to take the phone into a Verizon store for replacement, which I did at this same Merritt Island store. This was at noon on 13 July 24.
Rather than replacing the screen protector as asked, they told me that I had to go online to the manufacturer and claim the warranty. Not happening.
I purchased the screen protector from Verizon, I do not expect a run around of having to register on a third party website rather than a simple problem being addressed and corrected on the spot. My time is valuable and the fix was easy.
It is not the $40 that bothered me, it was the attitude of the manager on duty, not quite sure whom it was, but it was a man and a woman behind the counter telling me this. I was told that corporate frequently tells people the same thing regarding taking their phones to a local store, and that it is not the way it is done. Well if that is true, then it absolutely should be the way it is done, I purchase it from Verizon, it has issues and I take it back to Verizon, pretty simple, and common customer service, even Walmart gets that.
The customer service rep and manager could see my account and the fact that I had just purchased these items through Verizon, however they refused to budge.
I have spent thousands of dollars with Verizon over the years, and just several months ago, $1500 at this same Merritt Island store.
I expected nothing less than “Yes Sir, let us fix that for you”.
Instead both my girlfriend and I left disgusted by the way we were treated.
Then shortly after leaving your store, I received a text from Verizon saying Thank You for your payment of $168.99, my monthly bill for 2 lines, how ironic.
Your store needs a lesson in customer service, I will not be doing business with you again. I will also be calling T Mobile to see what they can offer me.
You need to do better.
For anyone reading this post, read reviews from lowest to highest, and you will most certainly see a trend.

DO NOT BUY SCREEN PROTECTORS FOR YOUR PHONE IN THIS STORE they are extremely expensive 60$ for 1 screen protector I got mine with my phone haven't even had it a week it's cracked quality is horrible don't waste your money

Went in to inquire about a new line. They were very rude and standoffish. Made me feel stupid for asking questions and was just an overall unpleasant experience. Will not go to this location any further.

David was rude and discusting. Super unhelpful. He should be fired and never allowed to work in any job that requires customer service. Absolutely do not go to this location. I have never been treated so poorly in my whole life. His photo is provided so his upper management can address this accordingly.

My morning started with phone issues. I arrived first thing, a quarter after opening.
Refreshing customer service, ease of assistance with comfort and reassurance.
The specialist I had the pleasure of encountering was Mr. Dave B. Specialist.
