Stopped in to have my phone looked at because it has to be turned on and off to obtain the 5G signal or any signal. Received a new sim card. Seemed to help for the 1st week. Now phone is back to no signal again. I will need to have it fixed again.

I’ve always had such great customer service when I come in. Steve is amazing and the rest of the staff has always been super helpful. I don’t mind coming in person because I know my needs will be met.

I’m visiting in Merritt Island for a bit and needed a bumper and a screen protector for my newly purchased Apple Watch. They didn’t have any in stock but took the time to go the extra mile and ordered they items off the site and shipped them directly to me. This is something my local store could’ve done, but they dropped the ball and told me just to come back in and see if they got a shipment. Then they helped me pair my earbuds to my watch. Honestly, this was some of the best customer service I’ve received ever. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and everyone was genuinely nice and helpful. Thank you for being a bright spot in my visit.

The Customer Service on 7/2/23 at 1708 was atrocious. I simply told the guy I was having trouble getting my phone calls, and he acted like the world was falling apart. Not everyone works for VERIZON, sometimes people will not understand all of the things these phones can do, or cannot do for that matter.

The customer service was absolutely atrocious, I am never coming back to this store. Waited for 45 minutes for help and when I asked a guy behind the counter if he was available he was extremely rude to me for no reason whatsoever. Fire the heavyset man everyone has been complaining about and watch your customer reviews spike back up.

Way overpriced for services. Staff seems to be very aggressive and unhappy to service customers! I quit this company and went with another company much cheaper and I still have all the same features! Plus, I get a happy, decent service department! Wake up, verizon!

I paid my bill online last night of $198 and that payment went through. When I woke up the next morning and checked my account I was negative $141 so I looked and they took the payment out twice. I called Verizon and they said that they only received one payment so I called my bank and the rep said it will tAke up to 72 hours for the second payment to reverse. WTH???? Why should I have to wait 72 hours for Verizon's mistake?

Did online chat quoting monthly rate at $106 plus tax. When received phones in mail actual amount was $198. Called online and they told me to go to the store to sort things out. Store said nothing they could do I had to contact online. Then online wouldn't help me because I listed my husband's name first and they didn't have authorization to talk to me even though I am the one that set the account up. Unbelievable. Gave equipment back and got credit for amount already paid. Definitely not the customer service I am used to with Verizon. Just found out this location is not a corporate store but an authorized dealer. Maybe that is why they don't care.

Not very helpful.. woman seemed bothered when we went in for a phone . She gave me a selection of 4 phones, after all my thinking ? finally went with iphone.. she was helpful in picking out accessories and such... We got all the way to picking my # new# and some reason unexplainable she couldn't add a line . It was something nobody understood and we waited about 3 hours .. I was disappointed big time . Still has no idea..
