In the past 5 years coming here, I don’t think they’ve correctly added money to my prepaid card once, with the last time being the most egregious offense.
I was adding $395 to my card and handed over $410 in 20’s and one 50 bill. No 10’s, 1’s, 5’s or metal. The cashier gave up at the end of counting when the 50 bill confused him, typed “$399” and put all the bills in the register. When I called him out on it, he said “Yeah I typed it wrong” but didn’t address the change I was owed or how 20 dollar bills and one 50 would never equal $399 or $400. When the manager came over to see what’s up he just gave me a long story about how there’s tax on it, like it’s relevant to anything. I’m sure if they checked the drawer total before a deposit, it would show the extra. Times are tough. The change was my bus money.
The cashier already put the money in the drawer and was shaking like a leaf and the manager had no idea what was going on so I chose leaving over assault.
Don’t give them cash. They get nervous and can’t count.

This is the only Walgreens in North Brevard County that I will use. They’re always kind, go out of their way to assist you, and knowledgeable. The pharmacist will spend time with you if you need. Absolutely hands-down the best Walgreens. The other ones really suck.

Going to the pharmacy is never a pleasant experience, but at least this Walgreens makes an effort to make it as painless as possible.
Mark has always been very friendly with me and is quick to take care of my prescriptions. I've seen that poor man get berated by other customers yet he still tries his hardest to provide service with a smile.

I like this pharmacy and the pharmacist. Since Walgreens changed my medicine from Unichem manufacturer to Ascend, however, I am having trouble swallowing the pills, because they are much larger. I may simply transfer this medicine to Sam's or CVS. Piti, I really like the people here.

Had to transfer prescriptions to Walgreens due to new Insurance plan. I have received excellent customer service from each of four different pharmacy team staff. From transferring prescriptions, acknowledging insurance hurdles and solutions. To quick turn around once approved. I could not expect any better service. Thank you Walgreens Pharmacy!

EJ is the manager of the Pharmacy at Winndixie. She insisted that I get a prescription for an over-the-counter medication in order to use a good RX discount. (50 compared to 12) Publix has no problem because urgent care told me that you may not get a prescription for an over-the-counter medication. She’s unprofessional and I’m concerned for the members of my community that visit this Walgreens Pharmacy. I am a single mom and I don’t have time for people that lie in corporations trying to steal my money. I do not recommend coming to this pharmacy and dealing with this pharmacist. I recommend Walmart or Publix or any other place besides here.
