I realize the cashier is being required to carry out a company policy. But, it is incredibly rude to ask someone their age to find out if they are a senior citizen. I am not and screening me for a possible senior citizen discount is inappropriate. Even though the cashier seemed very embarrassed to have to ask me that, I found it offensive and will take my business to another similar type of store, only a block away.

First off shall I say I love this store, the worker staff is excellent, Walgreen's as a whole is great, but this store in Merritt Island on Sykes Creek, is simply not being run properly. The staff looks tired and overworked. I heard the pharmacy request help over the loud speaker several times while I was in there, only to see one pharmacist and one assistant working frantically to take care of the phone, drive through and the front counter. This team of TWO handled the customers with the highest level of professionalism, but you can tell they are tired. I understand budgets and staffing issues all too well, I'm in management myself, and the talent pool in Merritt isn't that great...but working these two individuals like this will only lead to you having no staff. The manager of this store needs to get these individuals some help. If the store can't be run properly and people can count on their medicine as they should, then the regional manager should consider hiring a manager more suited to running a store this busy and protecting the lives of patients.

I went today to get a flu shot I can't believe how filthy this store is especially at the pharmacy counter. People are coming in sick all time you would think they would be a lot cleaner sadly they are not. You might need a shot just to visit this place. They should really clean it up.

Photos inside a Christmas card are always a nice thing - to both receive and send. So the previous night I had downloaded their photo App, "Photo Print", and sent my selections to this nearest Walgreens. Approximately 1/2 hour later I was notified that my photos were ready for pickup. I arrived shortly after the store opened the following day to pick up my photos. The employee that waited on me was polite and helpful. She turned out to be a great salesperson also as I had told her I wasn't interested in applying for their "rewards card", however she talked me into it and I ended up saving on my purchases. In addition to a photo processing center, this store has a pharmacy and is well stocked with many items. They have a lot of seasonal Christmas items including cards, candies, and gifts. A great place to find some "stocking stuffers". Although probably not good for you, their candies are many and assorted. I ended up buying their Ghirardelli dark chocolate with sea salt bars, 2 for $5.00 ( just because it's Christmas) :) 4.25 Stars for great service and a satisfying experience!
