Very poor customer service and inaccurate inventory…. Website showed they had 5 beach umbrellas of our choice in stock. They did not. Employee could not care less. Said we needed to try to order online, but they could not guarantee pickup, as stated on website. He acted annoyed that we had a question and walked away rudely.

20 shopping carts left in parking lot not in corrals ready to cause property damage. I called store to address and no answer. Bad responsibility on Walmart

This Walmart location is a joke. Broken carts all over, especially the ones that are meant for babies and multiple children. I've seen employees leave the restroom without washing hands (and no, they didn't come out of the handicap stall) and go back to work in the grocery section. Disgusting!! And employees are maddeningly unhelpful. Three employees watched me wait in the customer service section to be helped without telling me it was closed. And no, hours for the customer service desk are not posted anywhere inside the store.

It's just the typical WM. Same ol same ol. The only negative thing is trying to shop when pallets are scattered all over the store while they stock the shelves. Can't maneuver the buggy around some pallets. They have whole sections blocked off and you have to walk the entire aisle because of no cut-throughs.

In the past, we enjoyed shopping at Walmart. But this time 2 of our purchases we're not in the bags. What makes this even stranger was I was not the only one in line with the same problem. Beware shoppers look at your bill & make sure you have everything you made for.
