Purchased a otf (out the front) spring loaded knife. It stopped working properly before leaving the mall. Went back in and we were told no refunds. They 'fixed' it. After we got back home (out of state) it stopped working. Took it apart and it was filthy. A qtip shouldn't come out black after cleaning. There was some kind of grit or sand or something in it. They told me it was new. It was well used. Offering no refunds on second hand items while calling it new is just a lack of integrity

I've always purchased my purses from this exact location, however I just bought a purse from there 2 weeks ago and the purse is shedding! It's peeling off the handles and the edges of the purse! These purses are not cheap and to have one shed as this one is doing is horrible!

As a veteran 11b who went to Afghanistan I was asked by a woman if I had PTSD and if I had killed people I didn't want to answer, and with a smile on her face she answered her own question for me......she was very passive aggressive and robotic like as if she was an actor/faker, I'd be weary around her.

Amazing customer service. Will definitely be going back. Great selection of Trump items. They didn't have the shirt in the size I wanted so they printed it for me on the spot. Great store and excellent customer service.

Great store will cool hard to find merch. The people that work there are funny and nice, makes the experience even better. Easy to exchange items if needed as well. Will shop here again next time we are in the area!
