If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. Both me and my mother financed a vehicle here. The van I financed blew up just a month after having it. I took it to Rob’s mechanic where he did nothing to fix the problem he just kept putting sealant in the vehicle and letting me take it so it would overheat again. After the third over heat the engine fried leaving me and my children stranded for a third time. Rob basically blamed me even though I had taken it to his mechanic and they claimed to replace parts that they never actually replaced. Another mechanic confirmed he didn’t replace the parts he just added blue devil which exploded after over heating. Then my mom’s vehicle her stereo stopped working so we were looking at trying to fix or replace it. None of the connections to the back of the stereo were messed up so I went to check the fuse box and when I realized none of the fuses were bad I tried to plug it back in and it caused her left rear view mirror to start clicking even though it was not the fuse I had pulled out and put back in. So I happen to look under the steering wheel and I notice a plastic bottle. A plastic LIQUOR BOTTLE to be exact. I almost removed the bottle but after thinking twice I left it alone for fear that it was holding things in place. Well I had wiggled the bottle slightly so when I turned my car back on the tire pressure light started blinking. So I stick my hand under the steering wheel and wedge the bottle back in just slightly and the light stops blinking….this man is literally slapping lipstick on a pig and selling these vehicles to people. Must have drank the bottle and then used it ‘fix’ a vehicle which would explain how absurd it is to find a plastic liquor bottle holding parts together. I’m now 10000 in the hole and my credit is steadily dropping because of his and his mechanics negligence.

Rob Frederick was absolutely amazing he really goes above and beyond for you from working with me on the down payment to him getting the tag, title, and registration❤️, I'm working on my credit and the banks that they go threw seen that a approved me with in 15 minutes. I wish ?? I went to West side dealership before I LOVE MY VAN❤️ THANK YOU ROB FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK ❤️ I LOVE WEST SIDE DEALERSHIP ?? ???

Highly recommend Rob at Westside Auto!He was super friendly and even when I had a hiccup with my credit situation, he found a solution and got me in the car I wanted. He was very patient with me and understanding of my situation and gave me additional advice and tips about fixing my credit and such. He stayed well after hours helping me and making sure I didn't have to worry about anything. It was such a smooth flawless experience. Great customer service!!!!??

I recently purchased a vehicle from Westside Cars. I've had my car for just under a month and I'm so happy that I found this dealership. Rob was so easy to work with - there was absolutely no pressure. My daughter and test drove a few vehicles and he made the options easy to choose from. The purchase price is fair, the vehicle is in good condition and I feel secure with the warranty. I have already recommended him to a few friends that are looking.

This is the best car dealership in Brevard by far on so many levels. We went to many dealerships , but NONE were even close to how helpful Mr. Rob was with us .
We stopped there because my daughter liked this white Buick she saw online for $199 down & I drive by all the time, just a really clean establishment .
The best part was my daughter Breann was looking for a car & Rob was dealing with her directly.
It was her 1st real purchase as a young adult, and Rob helped her get that white Buick she wanted .
As proud parents watching all this unfold and we felt that Mr. Rob was super happy like a proud grandpa and shared a lot of information with her to keep her credit good & keep working hard.
I was super impressed with everything he told her & ? on the price and payment, Mr. Rob worked hard to get her in that car.
We bought the car in December and close to 2 months later and HAVE NO COMPLAINTS OR ANY PROBLEMS .....⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?

Hands down the friendliest staff and best service I have ever received in Brevard county definitely recommend to everyone. The entire staff is very professional and does an amazing job! Most definitely the only place I will continue coming. If I could give a higher rating I would no questions asked! And quality is amazing as well! Wow!!! Just wow! I had an amazing experience at Westside for sure. Life LOOOOOVES to serve up curve balls as we all know and I was served up a Sandy Koufax sized curve ball! One Monday I find myself without a car after just having access to two cars. I needed a car. I have 3 jobs and I need to get to them. I have no family or friends in the area so getting transportation, and fast, was insanely important.
Everyday for work I pass Westside Cars and when my predicament arose I thought of going there first. I call over to ask about a modest car on his lot. I tell him my situation and BOOM he went to work. I kid you not within just a few hours I was driving off the lot in my new ride!! A few hours and I could breathe a sigh of relief. I call my boss from my main job and tell her the news and she was ecstatic. I didn't have to miss any work and it runs beautifully 2 months later!
I absolutely and wholeheartedly can suggest Westside Cars when you need a car!

Rob is a very friendly guy, he helped my mom and myself out with getting a car and it was pretty easy honestly. My mom and myself don’t have the best credit and I am also handicap and he made sure we got in a car that can take myself back and forth to the hospital in Orlando without any issues. Would definitely recommend westside cars if you’re looking for a car!
