“I just wanted to recognize one of your employees, Romaine, in the jewelry department. He was extremely personable and friendly and was attentive to us while helping my boyfriend choose a necklace for me. Most of the time salesmen or women are very harrassing and aggressive but with Romaine it was just the opposite. He made good suggestions and even explained the meaning of the necklace that I chose. We also left a survey review but we forgot to mention his name in the survey. Nowadays it’s hard to find great customer service with a smile so I hope the company values him for this.
