Lisa at Cloud Nine Creations is definitely a talented and very skilled artist ! When you messenger her she definitely responds quickly, you submit an idea and she runs it through her program and replies in a very timely fashion . Once you agree on the estimation then she goes over all the colored glass options with you and once it's all set she gets to work and starts her magic ! I order 2 items from her and have received one already and I have to say the pictures dont do it
