Where to start: You arrive at the store and the first thing you encounter is the negative attitude of the clerk Diego who refused to offer service. The hygiene at the entrance of the store was terrible, the cash register counter was full of water, it was disgusting, the use of the bathroom was prohibited, nothing, many improvements are needed in this establishment.

This is the best 7/11 on south beach! Everything is always stocked. They have a working microwave! Pineapple fanta in the soda fountain. And the young guy with the locs is always friendly and has the best customer service!

Piece of advice, if you don't allow bicycles, e-biles, skateboards, etc in the store? Then put a bike stand outside so people can secure their bicycles and feel safe to walk in the store.

Ordered from Uber eats and got burnt food and a half empty drink. Also had a terrible experience in the Washington Avenue location, supposedly also owned by Serena and Rahul. Avoid at all costs.

I got scammed at this 7/11.
They sold me expired Lyca sim card, one that was on the market years ago. Now it's totally different design and no scratch card.
Lyca can't do anything about expired sim cards.
7/11 refused to give a refund.
39$ gone.

The food is always burnt, the store is dirty, and the manager's attitude is terrible. It's disappointing for a store that deals with many tourists.

The older Black lady working Saturday morning at 10:24am on 12/23/23 had the most disgusting attitude and was very nasty and rude. Do not support this business!!! ?
