I work on the beach and I usually go to this store very often to pull out cash from the atm or buy something to drink. On 3/14/2025 I went to store to get cash out the ATM , i was greeted by the black lady at the register as I approached the atm to use it the black lady at the register says to not use the atm. When I asked why she repeated herself to not use the ATM if I needed use to the atm to go the Bank of America, (I bank with navy federal) i didn't want to pay atm fee. I found it weird because the wasn’t any out of order sign the machine or anything the machine seem fine. I know she doesn’t own me any explanation but I felt as if I was being judged and profiled from the whole interaction the lady whole vibe was off. If the atm was out of order I didn't see any issues with just saying that

Went to this 7Eleven today March 2, 2025 around 3:30pm. There was only one guy who served us, we were treated very badly, and we therefore decided to leave the place without purchasing anything. It seemed like he was trying to send us away. Stay away.

Well while I’m on the phone with my girlfriend asking her what does she want I got interrupted by the cashier treating me like a thief asking me if I’m gonna buy something or just leave the store. Not wanting to engage I just left since I live around I buy from here every day I don’t know how the cashier was reacting that way to me.

Supervisor Zaira was very rude and unaccommodating. Staff member at night let us warm food up and when asked the following evening was told we were unable to heat. Oh and let’s not forget they have roaches on the first floor.

Today, 12/17, is the third time that I go to buy dinner at 9:30 at night and the guys who serve don't want to cook and on top of that they treat customers badly.
A guy dressed in an Armani T-shirt smoking in the doorway, instead of working; And the person who ran the business, a big guy with a beard (I think Cuban) and a green t-shirt, told him “it's dinner time and everything is completely empty, there's nothing” and he replied rudely “Well, it's closed, there's nothing.” nothing, it's closed. Go somewhere else.”
There are times when I pass by at 12 at night and the lady who answers is a sweetheart. It has pizza, rolls, burgers, empanadas. He serves you with a smile and always tells me “all is fresh.”
I hope they take action with these two lazy people who don't want to work and on top of that treat people badly and send them somewhere else.
Customers are not treated like that.
BAD EMPLOYEES!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!!
The lady of the night is a sweetheart. Even if there is no pizza, he will prepare it for you.
And in any seven eleven at any time there is everything. Except in this one, for these two characters.
If these lazy people don't want to work, they should leave the place for someone else who needs the job.
And everything I say is true, you can check the cameras. It's a shame that they give space to people like that. Bad people.

Worst costumer server I have ever received by the lady with Umiami hat. (Nightime shift) She somehow found a way to be extremely disrespectful to me and EVERY SINGLE COSTUMER IN THE STORE!!! You couldn’t pay me to go back to that place. Please teach your employees some MANNERS.

I drive Ride share throughout Miami, and I depend on public restrooms.
I came into this 7-11 after dropping off a client just down the street.
I came in the door, and there was a Hispanic man mopping. I asked him if I could please use their restroom in Spanish, and the man suggested I speak to the owner and pointed to the man behind the counter. I waited for all the customers to be assisted, then moved up and asked him in Spanish to use the restroom. He turned his head to the side and would not look at me and said No.
Because I was a woman, I would dirty his restroom 😳 What does that mean?
I asked him, and he responded with, "Go somewhere else
Uhm, I was in my company uniform and working. I don't have many choices when it comes to having to use public restrooms . I am on the road for hours when nature calls. I have to depend on the lovely accommodation of businesses that have public restrooms like 7-11. This chain of stores has always been my go-to business, and very accommodating, but not this one never again. This person needs some serious training in customer service and how to talk to people and how not to be rude or get rid of him.
Oh! yeah, by the way, I was going to purchase a candy bar.
Making me a paying customer, but I changed my mind!
As I headed to my company vehicle, the guy who was mopping came out to apologize for the situation he didn't cause, which was nice of him to do, but the damage was done. Still love 7-11 though!!!

Today I came in to buy a soda, chips, and lottery for tonight. A guy working he is not a friendly worker. I don’t know what time you cant buy a lottery ticket. He could’ve be more nicer to say it. Rude guy. And he could be more helpful to their customers.

Worst 7/11 I've been to. Visiting from Arizona and was happy to see a 7/11 close by where we were staying. Mood quickly changed when I saw how and by whom the place was run. Terrible customer service, wrong posted prices, and I just wanted a Dr Pepper, but the fountain produced some mystery juice. Sadly, although the convenient location was nice, I will not be returning to this location with the rude and careless staff. DO NOT COME HERE, AND IF YOU DO, DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THE PRICES OR STAFF. ABSOLUTE JERKS.
