This place no longer exist ! Apparently it closed down years ago,and no one in the business,reported it ! I went all over South Beach looking for this place and the only crystal shop in South Beach,is House of Intuition ! The building is empty and boarded up !

I bought a quartz two days ago as a gift for my boyfriend and I went this morning to exchange it for another one for myself because he didn't like it and the girl told me that they end up selling everything in the store and that they don't There is a change, regrettable. Attention to the consumer and knowing how special the crystals are and how they have to be liked by the person who is going to wear it, I definitely do not advise even visiting it, much less buying anything.

9th Chakra is supposed to be very holistic , spiritual , and all about high vibration healing but still there are promoting the mask. All the businesses in Miami Beach have removed the mask mandate except for so called holistic, high vibration store. P.S apply what you preach!

Each time I come in this place i always find something my soul needs and sometimes i find what my soul wants. Peaceful energy when i walk in and the people that work there are very knowledgeable about the stones and they Know exactly what i want and need each time i walk and speak to them. Any person who meditates and utilizes crystals would understand the value and price of crystals, and to say that this place listed their items overpriced, is an understatement. If you really want to go to a spiritual store, and enjoy your experience please take my advice and head to The Golden Triangle in coconut grove.

I initially gave this place positive reviews however when I went back for a second visit, I was very dissaponted. I returned to purchase an incense holder that said it was hand made. As I was leaving, I saw the exact same item in a different location in the store. If something is handmade, how can there be two of them that are the exact same? Is there such thing as hand made and mass produced?When I went back to return my purchase less than a half hour later. She told me they don't do returns even through my item hasn't even been opened from the packaging she wrapped it in. She said that all her products including the boxes are handmade even if there identical items. That didn't make sense to me. If the items were hand made there would be an artist signature instead of a sticker saying "hand made"? Also, if the box was handmade wouldn't you sell it with the item instead of just throw it away? I can't believe I fell for this. It was a complete waste of money.On top of all that, the incense holder doesn't even work and the ashes still fall all over the place. And the insence they claim to be all natural doesn't give you a list of ingredients and instead just boast about how great they are. This store had nothing but cheaply made fake items that make false claims. Shop somewhere else.
