my iphone screen was cracked and the manager replaced it very well. It was very important to him that I left the store with a good experience after an employee (who no longer works there) had not replaced the screen properly. overall a good experience.

I went to get the back glass of my iPhone 12 fixed. The technician asked me for the cell phone password, which seemed strange to me, since to do this type of repair, it is not necessary to USE the equipment. When I went back to look for him, he told me "where did you tell me you lived?" And I NEVER told him where I live. He made it totally clear to me that he checked my phone, since I had in my photo gallery, images of where I live. On top of disrespecting me like that, he placed a completely fake replacement, my phone was damaged to something I didn't have before. Attached image

Went there to get my phone repaired. As soon as I land in my home country (2 days later) the phone stopped working, I could not even turn the screen on. Before the “repairment” the phone at least were fully functioning. Sent them an email and they did not answer.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! I went in to buy a $15 sim card for a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge PLUS that I just purchased and figured I would buy a screen protector and a case at the same time (So I can save time and support a local business). The guy who helped me told me I could get the case and screen protector for the S6 Edge and that it would work fine for the Edge PLUS (of course I couldn't open the packaging to check). I get home to find that both are WAY too small for my Edge PLUS. What he didn't tell me was that they DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES (Which is printed on the receipt, and you obviously won't see it until after you pay)!! But I figured it's a local business and they could make an exception... WRONG!!!!!! The same guy who helped me explained to me what I had already figured out... the items won't work for my phone! I asked him why he didn't tell me that the day before. Instead of answering my question, he points me in the direction of an older man (apparently, the owner's brother). So the older guy tells me he WILL NOT take it back, exchange or anything. So be careful!!! These people will bait and switch you in a second. If you need a T-Mobile accessory or phone... go to the Best Buy on Alton or the T-Mobile store in Midtown or Bayside!! $45 for the case and $25 for a screen protector that is useless to me.... much like the people who work for VIP Cellular. More like RIP.... because they will RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
