Nice store. Good inventory. Friendly & professional staff. Peteo was amazing. He was knowledgeable about what type of clothes were best suited for the type of workout or occasion that you need them for. He helped in coordinating outfits and giving style tips. I ended up buying more outfits than intended because of his expertise!

Suraya was unhelpful. I'm a wellpro member and couldn't find the email from 2 years ago with my number. They lost out on a major sale. They have the Hermes attitude while selling the second-hand type Gap Lulu.
You saved me from spending a fortune.
I will not be back.

Wife was looking for a sports bra. Elizabeth was INSANELY helpful. One of the best sales people we’ve worked with. Wife tried on a couple different bras and felt that the bras at athleta were much more comfortable than other brands. We ended up buying 4 of them she liked them so much

Love Athleta, but the staff at this location, leave a LOT to be desired.I was ignored for the entirety of my 20 minutes in the store, including while looking for someone to ring me up. Ended up getting annoyed enough to put down the pile of items and just leave.

I am a Gap/Banana Republic Visa Card holder which means I earn rewards toward purchases at their family of stores including Old Navy and Athleta. I'm consistently disappointed in not only the products at Athleta but I'm their customer service and store employees who routinely seem poorly trained, incompetent and have the lowest bar for customer service.I must note that especially their store in Ft. Myers is the worst. I sent my daughter to make purchases there yesterday as a treat for something special and directed her to use rewards since I have well over $440. The sales person could not figure out how to use them so simply gave her a 5% off and told her to just come back another day to figure it out. Are you kidding me. Never again will I shop at Athleta and as soon as I can use my rewards in full st Banana Republic, I will cancel the card for one that rewards earned can actually be redeemed!

Very helpful staff. They also have occasional sales. Athleta sportswear quality is so good I don’t mind paying time to time for full price but makes me happy they have sales year round.

Omg I was the only customer in the store around noon yesterday. There were 3 employees drinking coffee standing around then sorting racks doing their morning tasks. No one looked at me offered assistance. I found my way to the dressing room and needed another size shirt came out asked for help she said "I'll check the back " I never heard from her again. I brought my huge pile to the counter to check out and asked about the shirt she replied "oh I didn't find it " I said "oh thanks for letting me know " she goes "sorry I got side tracked " I turned around to look for more tennis wear and looked back to find both girls laughing at me. I proceeded to ask is this normal that no one helps the customers etc they kind of like rolled their eyes and said "oh sorry " I spent over $250 but I will never go in there again they act disgusting.

This store is great!!!! Sara, Emily and Gabby are great partners… being a plus size woman I often embarrassed to ask for bra help… but I felt comfortable from the second I walked in the door….how often to you buy a bra and make friends???? NEVER except for at this store!!!!
