Accidentally left items in the car. stop by and they had them for me. actually this was the better service after four different companies that I used on this trip. keep in mind Miami is a busy City and they're all going to be complications with rentals once in awhile but because it's a great job

If you are planning to reserve your car in advance, stay away from this location, they do not keep their promises, even if you rent 45 days in advance, they tell you they do not have the car when you go.

We rented a Chevrolet Malibu in New York, without a reservation, and returned it here in Miami Beach. The car was good, drove us from New York to Miami without any problems. We returned the car easily, without any problems. The deposit was returned quickly. Within a week, as they should have, they charged for the E-pass on toll roads.

Very disgusted in this company and it's trash policy. Had car towed by mistake wrongfully an can't get it back an want to charge me multiple days of impound because I'm not aloud to pick it up. Plus fees for retrieveing it. 4 days of vacation left. Lose car money I rented it for an lose money on prepaid events my family can't get to now. I will be prosuin legal action. Ive never seen this kind of treatment. No help or simpothy just sorry have a good day is what I got. Absolutely trash company. I will make it my mission to take as much business from them as possible. Trash company

I rented a car, arrived on time and had to wait 2 hours for a car to arrive. I had a flat tire and another one was going flat, the help was smaller and I didn't have a cross key or the cricket key. To call for help, 1-800 without a local number is impossible and they cannot answer you to a number from abroad, I don't know how they do it if they work all the time with foreigners After 5 hours of waiting and multiple calls to Avis and the towing companies, no one came, I had to go back to my house in Uber and leave the car parked. Terrible service, my last time with Avis

Excellent customer service, clean vehicles, easy entrance, and accommodating.George welcomed us in, explained the contract, got us the car, and waited for us a few minutes when we ran behind on time.The car was clean inside and out and low miles. The entrance to their business is easy, on a one way street.Highly recommend this location for car rentals.

First time using this Avis, and generally a great experience. Booked a Tesla, but recieved an electric Mustang, which was very nice. But a warning for electric rentals... There are no public charging stations within a reasonable distance of the rental location, and the fee for returning the car at low charge is $75.With an 8hr charge time, it would mean leaving the car far from our accommodation overnight, which was not ideal. We brought the car back almost a full day early and informed Avis, and they kindly waived the fee.
