RUDE STAFF- An employee (African American male employee with diamond earrings wearing pink shorts) working at 5:30pm on 7-14-23 was the extremely rude and condescending towards the costumers. He was lazy and consistently rolled his eyes when asked to do his job.

Love love this gap! Reminds me of the old school Gaps however the manager is such a fake. I buy a lot for my family in Colombia and myself. When I buy he's so nice however when I return he's a monster. Doesn't even look at me and slams the returned items on the counter. I wonder if he has stock in the company because I can't imagine someone getting so mad about a return when he just works there? Or maybe he's just an angry fellow and in that case I wish him peace.

Terrible customer service experience. I purchased some items online to make use of my GAP cash, and realized seconds after I placed the order that they it had defaulted to an address at which I have not lived in 9 years. I immediately called (in less than 5 minutes) and asked to change the address. I was told I could not, so I requested they cancel. They said they could request cancellation but no guarantee. Today the order shipped to the wrong address so I contacted support

Not impressed with Gap and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. I ordered my youngest daughter a backpack and lunchkit for school and upon delivery I knew something was up as the package was much smaller. Opened it and turns out it was an infant outfit.... how do they mess such a thing up?

This store is "pretty" and fairly large, but the mens section was small and underwhelming. I buy stuff all the time from Gap's website, cause I think they usually offer a good value, but there was barely anything I liked here. I did manage to find my favorite Gap chinos for $11, so my visit wasn't a total waste.

Probably the most disfunctioning store of GAP in the US. They won't add cashiers when the line is long. The store manager don't know to provide them answers when they get stuck. The guys at the cash registers don't know how to operate the POS. It took me 5 min to find the item I was looking for and 20 min in line to pay for it.

This Gap is one of the nicest Gap's that I've ever been to! They have a wonderful employee named Alissa who works on Lincoln Rd. This is going to sound crazy but I recently suffered a concussion. I had terrible insomnia and I also suffered from a brain trauma. Due to my health issues at that time, I just bought and bought crazy amounts of clothes, sometimes triples of the same item. I was terribly embarrassed and I had to enter the store twice with my huge amount of returns. Both times Alissa helped me at the register, she was an absolute angel helping me and was so sweet, never making me feel ashamed, I am so grateful to her for her kindness. I also remember Alissa from a visit about a year ago, I remember even at that time, she was incredibly wonderful at her job! Also, Ernesto was very kind and helpful as well! So, I thank Gap for hiring great employees and I'm very happy that you have Alissa as an employee, she's a real gem!!!

Horrible and disgusting customer service. Blonde lady at the register is hostile and threw money at me when I wanted to return something because its unfair they wont give me the online price for something thats cheaper online. Why have a store at all? The fat black guy next to her was hostile and argumentative and has the nastiest attitude I have ever seen. I dont believe employees that get paid to serve me should be talking back to me defensibly when they are there to explain and serve...not defend. Worst Gap store in America, never had a problem at their stores not even when I travel to Europe. Im going to complain to corporate tomorrow and bring attention to the higher uppers to see if they can manage these nasty employees. Will not be coming back here.
