I called them 10 times in the span of an hour to try to see if there was a notary. So I end up going there anyways to see for myself, and I walk in and it was dead!! It wasn't busy at all and they couldn't even answer the phone. I ask the front desk woman if there is a notary and she said, yes but only by appointment and ended up being rude about it. She said I could wait but it would be a VERY long wait. She didn't apologize at all and I left very upset. Worst bank of America ever, don't go here.

Luisa Mejia was amazing and really helped me with all my requests. Also the manager of the store Mr. Steve was there and he gave me financial suggestions. Thank you very much for everything!

I've been to this locations 4 times now to pay the property management company rent. The tellers are always friendly and efficient. The problem is they often only have ONE teller working. The wait at this branch is horrific. It is a complete waste of time coming to this branch to do business. Again, the tellers have great customer service when you FINALLY get to them. Do not waste your time coming to this branch unless you are just using the ATM or you have a lot of emails to write while you wait 10-30 minutes just to make a simple deposit. I'm in line writing this write now, and have been standing here for 15 minutes. That is not an exaggeration. I was timing it this time. There are only 2 tellers, but then one goes on break while there is still a line of 6-8 people and no one takes their place. Do not come to this branch if you aren't just going to use the ATM.

I waited 10 min to open a new account. Wasn't bad at all then was welcomed with a great attitude. It took about an hour with a informative banker. Did more then help me. Advised me about my credit. He was funny and made the time pass. I went in at 9:30 in the morning so first thing. I'm assuming if you wait to mid day it would be crowed. I do recommend.

You do not want to do any business at this branch unless you got plenty of time to waste. If you don't believe me, call this branch for any reason, and you will find that all personnel, including the manager, are on constant "siesta time", and don't even answer the phone. The teller service line can best be described as a "conga line" snaking out to the street. During my frequent trips there from NY City, I would prefer to visit the branch on 41st Street for faster and competent service. This banking branch is obviously a training site or punishment assignment for bank personnel.

This is a busy one, with the first days of the months super loaded. Team is good and friendly, especially Ryan! Be aware to avoid the brunch on its peak hours!
