Terrible customer service, they don't answer the phone, any question is met with having to make an appointment and they don't offer same day. Walked in and the woman didn't apologize for inconvenience, said I could wait but it's going to be a very long wait. There was not one other person in the bank and she kept saying how busy they were. So upsetting that they can treat a client this way. Made an appt...to close my account.

I called them 10 times in the span of an hour to try to see if there was a notary. So I end up going there anyways to see for myself, and I walk in and it was dead!! It wasn't busy at all and they couldn't even answer the phone. I ask the front desk woman if there is a notary and she said, yes but only by appointment and ended up being rude about it. She said I could wait but it would be a VERY long wait. She didn't apologize at all and I left very upset. Worst bank of America ever, don't go here.

S my trip was ruined because of this bank. My card get declined and I went to at least activate my e wallet, the guy in front told me check and saw my card was sent again to the new address. And the only way to activate my e wallet . I waited to my roommate to come home and check if I got it. Nothing! I went back to the bank but different one and when they check. It never sent in the first place so he wasted a whole two day in Miami without me able to used my money. Bank of America, you need to help your customers before you lost them with this dump role.

I have been using this bank for the last 6 months and have had exceptional customer service every single time. The head manager David is the most helpful individual I've ever met at a bank. Every time I come in and need something done, he has always pulled through above and beyond. Im assuming the bad reviews are from a while back when COVID procedures were a thing. The people working at this bank are truly 5 stars.

Today I went to this bank, I had one of the best experience, all of the bankers were so nice, specially DAVID was one the best, he was so professional, friendly, I enjoyed spending my time there and I’m sure this bank will be my main bank!
