Unprepared, arrogant and stressed staff. Few speak English. The rooms are reasonable, but many people use drugs, smoke and eat food inside the rooms. The staff does nothing about it. (despite being prohibited) .The wi-fi is terrible and doesn't work well in the rooms.Rooms: Air conditioning and wi-fi don't work, people smoking, eating and drinking in the rooms.

Guys all the negative things in comments are 100% true . God I stayed in 4 hostels this spring break . This is by far the worst , like the worst . They have a crazy resort fee . But they are not a resort , they charge for everything I mean everything. Can u believe u got to pay 5$ for Lenin , 10$ to lock ur locker oh god what a commercial scam .. there is posh and generator both are way way way better . Be wise don’t choose this place .. it really really bad . No fridge . Bad smell . All the best . Almost forget And 8 ppl have to share one . washroom like only one . Not even proper WiFi

I was banned from this hostel because I didn't want to stay in a mixed dorm with men during spring break. The girl working the front desk on 3/11/2024 at 11am was rude and racist towards me. They Wouldn't refund my money and tried to make extra to stay in the female dorm i just checked out of. It was a woman masterbating in her bed in one of the dorms and I had to change rooms. And they didn't kick her out or ban her because she was white. Don't stay here its not hygienic or safe. I warned you!!!!!

I had lower expectations of this hostel because of the average rating but I was positively surprised. The hostel is very clean, we stayed in the ensuite 8 people mixed form and the toilet and shower were very clean. The room was big and comfortable. We weren't really in a party mood during our stay so we didn't socialise that much but there seemed to be a nice vibe. The location is perfect for Miami Beach.Disadvantages: mainly the staff that was not friendly at all, they didn't even say hi, mostly seemed bothered when you talked to them. The wifi was horrible in the room, was mainly working in the main area. The price is high for a hostel but it seems to be the rule in this area.

So disappointed. When we checked in, the lady at the front acted like we were interrupting her. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and you get this tiny rock, of I guess what is supposed to pass as a pillow. Now I understand it is a shared room and some noise is to be expected, but several times people came in flipped on lights, were walking around back and forth making noise, completely disrespectful of the fact they are not the only ones in here, and then after being woken up by their rudeness one of the people in the room took it upon herself to turn off the AC!! ? Some others came in flipped on the lights, stomped around like a herd of buffalos, then went back out, leaving the lights in. I have a reservation for this place again in two weeks, that is not refundable, but I’m still going to cancel, there is a nicer one up the road!

Great location, for a great price, for an ok shared room. But they need a shared kitchen, or at least a shared refrigerator, cause it's a hostel. The other guests and staff are nice. There shouldn't be a resort fee, since it's not a resort. Please consider adding a refrigerator.

Be careful for less mobile people, there is no elevatorI saw a freight elevator but I don't know to what extent it can be used for people in wheelchairsRemember to bring your own padlock for the lockerIdeally located from the airport: bus 150 ($2.25) takes you directly there in 20 minutes (search for “metrobus” at the airport then take the 150The bed is a bit rotten but given the price who would complainNo kitchenette too badFriendly welcome, fairly clean place overall, 10 minutes from Ocean Drive, what the people ask for…Regarding the customers, we are in Miami so obviously everyone is nice ?

The person who served me at the time, an Argentine girl, was extremely rude, I told her before my departure that I would do a late checkout even knowing that I would lose my deposit, they told me there would be no problem and later they came to the room to tell me that I would talk to the police. I explained the situation to her and she was still extremely violent and demanded that I leave. I told her that if I did not comply with the extended departure time, she would return the deposit and she said no. I was forced to leave the hotel for fear of my safety, leaving the card on the counter. I had never had an experience like it. It was extremely unpleasant.

I came because it was the most cheapest hostel. I got dirty sheet, beds are so bad when you are turning or do anything it's moving.I did not want to buy menu breakfast I asked only bagel with butter they said they don't give me. Today before check out I asked cappuccino they said they don't have it only Americano, okay I asked milk, they don't have! I am done with this place. It's fine because the cheapest and really close to the beach but there nothing good in this hostel!

AVERAGEGood value for money where to stay in a hostel in MiamiFrom the airport take bus line 150 ($2) which will take you to Miami Beachthe hotel is very well located in Miami Beach.you are 2 minutes walk from the beach, shopping centers, nightclubs.the bus networks in Miami are great, you can easily get to the other side (downtown, wynwood, little Havana, etc.)Arrive on site, the rooms are accessible by badge, the staff will give you your sheets and towel included, provide a padlock for the locker. Sink shower separate toilet and it's clean.Staff do daily cleaning. There is a bar at L’auberge where you will meet people. The establishment offers you a full breakfast for $6 (the price of a beer in a bar) so it’s very reasonable. If you are early for your check-in, you can store your luggage while you wait.NEGATIVE POINTS:- Poor quality WiFi- Some staff are seriously lacking in hospitality and have no sense of business. I made 2 reservations to extend my stay. They didn't want to change my towel, I had to pay.- The lockers are too small to accommodate a suitcase.- the beds do not have individual curtains, sockets or lamps. It's impractical.- in the rooms there is air conditioning which makes noise, and it is forbidden to turn it off or change the temperature, in which case the staff will not hesitate to call you to order.- the hostel bar is not open Monday/Tuesday, which is really a shame.- $6 a beer, so for Europeans it’s ultra expensive- No kitchen to cook.Summary: Decent hostel for a short stay in Miami.

Hostel is ok, could be more fun activities. Good locations. However, I waited 90min (!) to check in, I don't know how one check in can last up to 30min? You should really work on this.
