Ordered Uber eats from here twice. Both times my burger was missing items and my fries were cold and hard. Same as my burger. Really disappointed that I waste my money on their food. Definitely won’t order again.

order was slow and then burguers were cold. then they lied about making a new order tried to trick me by heating the bread. when I asked for refund it took 30 minutes more and manager did not even apologize. bad service and

It pains me to leave this review. I first came to this location in March 2022, when my boyfriend and I relocated to Miami for a month. We had never heard of BurgerFi (we live in Canada) but upon seeing it and trying it we were hooked.Subsequently, we returned numerous times within our 5 weeks in Miami Beach (I think we counted 15 visits!). Needless to say, when we returned again in 2023 for a shorter visit, 6 days, we made sure to grab something from Burgerfi nearly every day - 6 visits!This trip, in March 2024, we're unfortunately disappointed and quite frankly a bit disgusted.I see from some of the other recent reviews, many feel the same way - quality, cleanliness and service has gone down.We first noticed the drink machines are never stocked, there aren't any napkins (2 days in a row), the buns seem stale and the fries portions are stingy. We were excited to be back day 1 so let it slide, going back a 2nd day when we realized the floors were sticky and unmopped. The washroom was unclean and the toilet plugged and not maintained. Unfortunately we also both have not been feeling too well since we ate there. The service is OK but to echo some of the others here, the staff just seem uninterested and don't seem to take pride in keeping it clean. It wasn't always this way.Again it sucks to say it but I don't think we'll be returning unless something is done to turn the ship around. To the manager who keeps responding to comments - please don't respond and please just do something to make things better and keep this franchise growing!

Went here briefly in the evening because we were hungry. Normal burger was ok but nothing special. Service was strange and not particularly friendly. Cups were forgotten, ketchup was empty, drinks machine didn't work properly. Maybe we just had a bad day.

Love love burger fi. Top quality burgers, a little on the pricey side. Last time I visited they forgot to add bacon to my burger, need to be a little more careful with order requests but they eventually fixed it.

Okay the service here is so good & the women at the register are sooo nice & lovely. They’re so helpful, funny, and charismatic I was so pleasantly surprised!! Shavan (sorry if i misspelled) was such a delight to talk to. I’m telling you these people need a raise!!!

This place needs new management. It’s dirty, and the staff is not trained to provide any kind of customer service. Staff is wearing filthy shirts, not cleaning any counters and are not attentive at all. Whoever manages the place clearly is not in the position to be a manager. The food came out cold and part of the order was wrong. Please hire a new manager that actually cares about this place and good customer service. Whoever owns this franchise, the health department will shut you down sooner or later.

Management must act immediately. This place has deteriorated. Upon arrival, I noticed dirty floors, overflowing trash, and filthy sauce areas, setting a disappointing tone. Service was poor, with staff who didn't care and incorrect orders taking too long to fix. The cold burgers were a final disappointment. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for a good meal in a clean place.

I would like to express my DEEP DISSAPOINMENT regarding my delivery. I ordered food for my birthday lunch, and I had to wait more than 2 and a half hour sand still, while I am writing, the food is still not here. Honestly, the worst experience on a birthday. I tried to reach out to the restaurant and they didn’t help me at all, even worst, they disconnected the phone. No calls could go through. I tried calling from more than 3 different phone numbers.This is really disrespectful. It is clear that you do not value your customers, not even with large orders. I paid $151.to have a fun lunch and got NOTHING. I would really appreciate if you gave me my money back.I was hoping to have a nice birthday but at this point, that is not going to happen. This is not a great service. I would appreciate it if you could improve your delivery service or just don't offer it at all because it is THE WORST.
