There is a new franchise for this location and he is doing a fantastic job with keeping the store clean and fully stocked. The new employees are very friendly and very helpful. This is the place to be for any late night craving, they have all the snacks and all the new vapes in the market. The best 7 Eleven on the island!!!

From the exterior, the store looks a bit run-down and past its prime. The location here on Alton Rd is small and there is no gas (although there's a Chevron right next-door). But if you're looking to just pick up a quick snack or beverage this place surprisingly offers a wide selection. In my experiences, the employees have always been very friendly and being open 24hrs is pretty convenient. Is it "The Best" Convenience Store? No.But it's certainly decent, reasonably priced, and super convenient.

2/8/2021 sunday about 12:30 a.m. so i go there to pick up a order, all ready paid for, I stand in line eventually its my turn and the guy behind the counter said u have to wait till no more customers are entering the store, so another delivery person has been there 30mn and now im there 30mn and the line of walk ins never ends, so i tell the guy the walk-ins never end, and i stood in line all ready what gives, the guy tells me oh im not doing any delivery orders. why is the in competent person working at the great 7-11, I just dont get it, so me and the other delivery guy had to leave. so all night i cancelled all order from this place.

I received the worst service imaginable, my order was completely disrespected! I will never step a foot in this store or order online from this store! I waited for over 90 minutes on a 7NOW order because the 711 employee had the driver waiting in there while he was getting more orders ready, I've never felt so disrespected in my life! Order #6600 you have lost a customer for life and I swear I will never shop in that store for as long as I live, the worst customer service imaginable!

The worst 7-Eleven location ever. Restroom is allegedly broken all the time. Prices are higher than all the other locations. Smell is bad, lighting is poor. I was even upcharged on a coupon to make up for their higher pricing. Will never return.

Worst 7-11 EVER!!!! They're dirty they never clean up the parking lot, and there is always vagrants and people panhandling outside. They're atm never works and in the 7 years I've lived on the beach, NOT ONCE HAS THE SLURPIE MACHINE WORKED!!!!! Never!!!! Crap store
