The star is for the beautiful building they are in...the employees at this Walgreens from March 2020-August 2021 seems to be miserable , no smiles accept for one super sweet young lady with glasses that was recently hired couple of months ago. They gossip about customers..I've been seeing one person at the cashier a lot heavier set person..Even when she gives me no eye contact while ringing up the items I say thank you every time. It's unbelievable how employees of any establishments project their insecurities to unsuspecting customers..an older woman with glasses also criticized one of the dog treats I was buying my dog with a passive aggressive tone in her voice. I simply replied with "why does Walgreens sell it if it's not healthy?" She paused and didn't say anything. Such a beautiful store ..it's too bad it's soulless Psychology needs to be priority in education of any society.

This is the worst Walgreens of them all. Selection poor, store set up poor. The liquor store part has a girl who works there specifically who I am speaking of who is always super rude. The younger gentleman there is friendly and helpful. Also the prices are higher than the one of 73rd and Collins. The also close way to early. So you end up having to goto 73rd st anyway.

This review is for Walgreens wine & liquor store. Apparently management has decided to lock the front door so the employee must open it for customers. Strange company choice (and no sign to indicate it), but let's move on. After pulling the door's handle, checking the hours of operation, and pushing the automatic door button (repeat...repeat...repeat). I walked a couple of steps to see if there was an employee inside. And there she was standing by the window. I was shocked that someone was not only there, but also standing by idly as I struggled to patronize the store. I pointed to the door (really? Really) and she (slowly) walked over to unlock it. No apologies (and she didn't even feign to have not seen me at the door). Fast forward to post purchase. I'll gloss over her kurt, can't-be-bothered tone. Upon leaving, she walked me to the door--to lock it behind me. I asked her why the store is keeping the door locked during business hours. She seemed to not hear me. It took her that long to respond. But I knew she did and refused to repeat the question; she finally said, "we just decided to do it." I took mental note of her name (Donira) and decided to address her rude behavior with someone who cares (the Yelp community and hopefully Walgreens). Walgreens: since you're clearly so security conscious, I'm sure there's video fotage to support my statements. Please address your discourteous (at best), micro-aggressive (at worst) employees.

The local neighborhood store. This Walgreens is great. The entire staff is very professional and attentive. They are knowledgeable on the store products and are courteous. The store has a great selection of household products, grocery items and a liquor store open late on the evenings.

When this place opened up, I was ecstatic since the closest Walgreens to me was on Collins...this place is just minutes away; they used to be open 24 hours a day but since about a year ago, they began closing at midnight. Most of their staff is friendly, and the pharmacy department is great, but make sure you don't wander in there late night; there's a lady who's the cashier that wears glasses in her 60s or so. Every time I get her, she makes the same exact mistake over and over again and the line gets longer and longer. She rings you up, collects your money, and then begins bagging your items but then she'll come to an item that she's scanned and is confused to whether or not she included it or not. She thens begin to ask you for your receipt which she never gave you, then begins to look all over for the receipt to find out what she rang up and didn't ring up; all this takes an additional 5 minutes of wasted time... While waiting in line for 10 minutes where she spent with a single customer, I was 3rd in line and tired already with the absolute nonsense; I brought up the issue to the store manager and asked him if he can ring us up at another register and his response was no, she was the only cashier. I asked him why she's the cashier when she can't even get her job done right without always doing the same exact thing every single time, and he stood silent with no answers. After another 5 minutes when it was finally my turn, she rang me up for the 5 items I selected but didn't bag one thing; after collecting my money, I looked at her waiting for her to place the last item in my bag and she then looks at me and asked..."Is this your item as well?" to which I just needed to bite my tongue... Frustrated after 15 minutes at the register with an addition 2 to go...I said yes, to which she needed to see my receipt again to verify she scanned the last item. It was midnight and the "manager" who gave me no solutions was at the door barring any other people from coming in; I walked by him and said...again you see.

Overall it's not bad, but check out is always an issue. I think it's equal parts understaffed, slow cashiers, and an even slower POS system. Unreal how long it takes to ring up a few items, doesn't help that half the customers seem to have never used a pin pad before. Either way lines get long pretty quick, aside from that can't complain

Don't waste your time going to this Walgreens the staff at the pharmacy is unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful regardless of the level of urgency or illness you need your medication. Over the phone or in person they argue with you if you want to change or transfer your prescription. Customer service get a zero from me from now I requested to transfer my prescriptions to Publix where shopping is a pleasure.
