Their shipping dates are a lie. Ordered a couch mid august was told it will be available early September…they have pushed back the available date multiple times since then! It’s been two months and still no couch! And the help desk does nothing to help! Insane for a company that charges a 300$ delivery fee they can’t even get their deliveries on time!!

I am very disappointing and frustrating regarding the ongoing issues I have experienced with multiple orders and deliveries of sofas From CB2Regrettably, my attempts to resolve these matters through your customer service have proven ineffective. Despite my repeated attempts, the issue persists and I find myself with damaged goods and no satisfactory resolution in sight. This has been a disheartening experience, as I had anticipated a higher level of service from a company of CB2's reputation.

Everything in this store is absolutely breathtaking and the staff is awesome (super helpful and knowledgeable of the products). I am a big shopper at this store.HOWEVER, it is FREEZING! I cannot stand the temperature more than 15 minutes and you can look at customers also quite uncomfortable with how cold the store is. It’s also unhealthy as you come from the ambient (hot) temperature from outside, into this walking cooler! Love the store but please warm it up a bit! ??

Very bad experience, i put the order about two months ago , never get a response about the delivery date, calling the store, never Can talk with the salesman ,they just say, “will call you back” , and never get a call back.

I am sitting outside a cb2 delivery place in Riverview Florida. I drove an hour to get here. pick up hours are 8am to 7 pm. I cannot pick up my chairs because everyone is out to lunch. this is a horrible way to do business. I won't buy from these guys again.

Love CB2 and what they manufacture. The customer service at the store varies on the day and so does over-the-phone customer service. They know how to resolve issues and make things right over the phone. we received an item with defect, and they made it right immediately. additionally, have helped us cancel and replace items in an order, and eliminated unnecessary shipping fees by combining orders. The process over the phone is slow but the people are extremely helpful and kind. The brand wants to make sure the customer is satisfied overall with every order. Kim an over the phone customer service specialist/representative, is by far the best at her job and should get promoted to a manager position asap. She helped with all of our needs, reached out to appropriate departments, and got things done in a timely manner to have everything delivered to usin time as originally expected.

After not going to the store for over a year, I checked thru the window if some of those really bad employees were there and surprisingly they were gone. A really nice cheerful Brazilian lady - Lilia - I think was her name, first welcomed me with a smile and then helped me out and sold me a piece of furniture that I needed and she suggested I stay in touch in case anything goes on sale and she sold me another piece of furniture over chat the next day. Amazing service. Some of the people in the past would tell me to go away and come back and make an appointment or would tell me they were busy. I had decided to reduce my order from 50.000 dollars to just 10k and I placed it online to avoid them last time because of this bad behavior. This time, also, there is a really proactive and cool manager Erin. Somehow there is some positive energy in this store now. There were a few more people who blocked my delivery guy today who went to pick up my order, and one more terrible person who told me “I was not allowed to leave the furniture for too many days” and some other negative things when I went to make a payment for the piece sold to me over chat. I hope those people’s negative energy will be swept out by the positive energy of Yemanjá out into the ocean to be cleansed. May the breeze of the ocean cleanse this CB2.

Almost always have a good experience here. Nice associates. The last time I was here my toddler wanted to help by carrying my bag and ended up broking my martini glass and the associate was incredible she replaced it and gave my toddler a bag with book. That kind of service keeps me as a customer

I went to CB2 South beach many times, and I was not thrilled about the customer service . The sales people seems to me that they did not care to explain or show me anything. However, my last visit to the store week before Christmas, I was surprised by the amazing help i received from the sales person Lilian . She was showing me all the good deals around the store and also made phone calls to her manager to inquire about furniture pick up. Lilian went above and beyond. This is what I call amazing customer service.Thank you Lilian I Your are the best in CB2 South beach.

After two months since I've purchased and scheduled it for delivery, was told the product is out of stock and I wont be able to get it in the end (although I bought an expensive bed and carpet to go with the painting that is the issue)On top of it, Megan (the lead agent) was completely uninterested and willing to help. Although CB2 made a complete mess on my order, the attitude was "it is what it is" and we can offer you 15% of on your next purchase. I get better deals offered by CB2 on a daily level. Not to mentioned that she was trying to convince me that I was send the update on my issue, only to later admit they have used an e-mail address that was never provided by me.Really disappointed and not in line to my previous experiences with CB2

I strolled into CB2 today just really browsing around, and was greeted by a lady named Lilia who worked there. It was not my intent to buy anything, but I have to say she was a great salesperson because I walked out with some beautiful Christmas merchandise! She went above and beyond to show me many items, great customer service, I will be back to purchase a bed and sofa I need when I’m in the area! Thank you Lilia.

I love the design, I bought many things from this line, but the attention they have in this place is a disaster. Furniture without expensive, excess money is spent on them and they are not even able to make a correct sale that they sent me in colors different from the ones I wanted in the beginning in order to sell them. the products arrived a month after buying them and the wrong color, and there are still missing products to arrive.

if i can give them less than a star i will i bought 2 chairs that supposed to ve deliver over a month and half and re schedule and confirm 2 days ago the delivery now they told me they have no longer the chairs and that they over sell they inventory and if i didn’t call to get an update of the delivery i would even find out not even a refound
