This place is the worst Chase branch I've been too. Read the other reviews, it's not lies. So unhelpful. Don't waste your time. I'm surprised Chase allows this branch to represent them.

Worst experience ever! Personal are rude and they don’t want to work. Shame on Chase. This is the worst branch in South Beach, everyones said but I just wanted to give a try and it is really disappointing. This Chase Branch is well known as the worst bank Branch in south beach. Shame. Hope Chase management people can see this review and act on it.

This is by far the worst bank I’ve ever been to. There is no teller to sign you in or mark your attendance. I showed up early to my appointment and waited in line for a teller because there was no way of letting the banker know I was there. While waiting in line the banker took people without an appointment waiting during my appointment time. I had to wait 20 minutes while he finished up with those clients. He was polite, hence why they get two stars, everyone else dismissive. I had to come back to provide further paperwork on Saturday morning. When I show up I was told the banker had an emergency and would not be in. They do not have any other banker that could have helped me. While I understand emergencies happen the bank should notify appointments that they need to reschedule due to emergencies and also better staff to have more than one banker.

I needed to quickly open shut down and old business account and open up new one. Even though I didn't have an appointment. The AVP, Johnny, was able to help me. He had a great demeanor, was very efficient, and we did everything that needed to be done.

The manager of the bank is working as a teller????The person I had an appointment with called in sick and no one can help me.Never such bad customer service.

Very poor customer service apparently following their own house rules or making them up as it pleases them. Long story short had proofs to back up my situation both from chase customer service and website but ended up leaving because it’s just a waste of it all the way across the board, energy, time, etc.....especially when ask to talk to a manager and it was the manager herself making it up ?

I just called the phone number of this location and all I got was automated information that took like 10 minutes followed by all customer representatives are busy at this time and to try again later. Zero customer service.

Worst bank in customer service ! You can’t make this up . I have been banking with chase for years however I choose this location cause it’s close to my new condo , I stopped by for a domestic wire so I went first to the teller toAsk where I can wait to do a wire he says I am sorry I’ll ask someone to help you but it will take sometime cause officially I see like 3 staff members like walking around with their lunch box so to make this story short some other bank person walks up to me and asked me nicely how can I help you? I said I wanted to make a wire … his answer goes sorry but it will takeAt least 1 hour trust me there was only 1 person waiting but I visit that bank around the noon , I said thanks but that’s just beyond a long time so I went back to my Biscayne blvd chase where I use to live and my wire was done within 5 min .

Diego who I met when I lost my debit card was honest, decent, respectful and assisted in a simple withdrawal. People need people like Diego. Good team at the Alton branch.
