I recommend it. Customer service is spectacular. Camila helped me and explained everything in detail when opening an account for me, the treatment was exceptional and very attentive. As if that were not enough, once the account was made, I had a small problem that he helped me solve instantly without being part of his work. Attentive, friendly and excellent service.

The last time I was there. The person who could assist me was not there. So I waited. When he came he told me that he couldn't help me since he had a meeting and didn't have time for me. Very rude and gave me no choice. Just for him to come back another day to see if he could help me. I visited the bank 3 months ago. It used to be a wonderful bank. With great personalized attention. Update. I returned to this bank and everything had changed. They put the windows back up to serve the public. Just as it was before. I loved. The treatment as always was. Very professional and pleasant. Thanks for returning what really works.

Warning Wires get lost and no-one to assist beside the manager Ernesto that does not get any support from upper management or even corporate. Total Disaster of $130,000.00 wired 4 months ago. CHASE BANK has no clue no answer. BEWARE SENDING ANY WIRE with CHASE BANK

I bank here. great Bank. very very professional. never had an issue.. and when they froze my account I went inside and Ernesto fixed it right from the banking computers inside the branch.. I find it to be the best place to bank and I I've had a lot of experience with different banks in the past and I chose Chase over all of them.. ...plus stop by here to cool off in there 24 hour ATM INDOORS fully air conditioned..

Horrible cusomer service. Margarita is the worst to deal with. They still operate in “pandemic mode” and don’t offer any change whatsoever. What is the purpose of the bank if a business client can’t go in and take change? They make you order it, wait for 7-10 business days to get it and even than they won’t guarantee your order. Few years ago this beach used to be amazing. Now with new people it’s horrible.

I tried to open an account and they would not let me open it because according to them I am not a resident and my passport is expired I told them I had my ID and in other banks I opened it without the need for my passport.
