These five stars go to Mauricio Tapia, Associate Banker Officer. I took a friend and a neighbor with disabilities, and we were extremely lucky to be serviced by Mr. Tapia. Being a Saturday it was so,so busy, but I saw officers there were a few Mr. Tapia took us right away. My neighbor and friend had a very complicated fraud claim at which time in the middle or right along, there was another customer waiting for Mr. Tapia. He did not hesitate and called someone else to take over, Mr. Tapia absolutely dedicated without hesitation and thorough investigation helped my friend and neighbor with extreme fraud by an employee. He thoroughly went from A-to-Z made phone calls to be more thorough and I think we were there for over two hours closing time and luckily we were finished and if we were not, he would’ve stayed as a matter fact we went over a few minutes after closing time. We were so pleased and satisfied with Mr. Tapia that at the end we really had no questions. I highly commend Mr. Tapia for his professionalism, impeccable manners, and patience with my neighbor and friend. I also put in my two cents worth in there because she needed help, and at the end, we were more than satisfied and extremely lucky that we were serviced by Mr. Tapia. Thank you Mr. Tapia for your dedication to your job and to CHASE customers.

I am not one of the people who leaves reviews on places, but in this case I have to highlight the professionalism, kindness, dedication and desire to help and provide the best service to the cashier named Stefania Perri. I have had the pleasure of having her serve me on more than one occasion and she has always behaved in the same way. I urge the managers of Chase to give her opportunities to grow within their team, in my opinion she is an excellent professional.

This location does not offer the same services that other chase banks do, but at least they are always nice.

This bank is located in a centric and busy location, but the service is awful. I visited it with a big problem looking for guidance and I left worse than I entered. They don't know what they are doing and are not helpful at all. Bad customer service. The manager is completely unhelpful.

Long wait times to see a banker. Threatening behavior demanding very person NO REQUIRED BY ANY OTHER BANK information to open a new basic account. Felt Chase was illegally trying to very personal financial information on my investment accounts (elsewhere) amount of money in those accounts etc. Claimed it was MANDATORY to open a basic checking account. DO NOT BANK HERE.

One of the worst experiences in a bank. Bad work by the representatives in that branch. They processed my documents incorrectly and I still haven't been able to use my accounts for 1 month because they are not unlocked due to their error. Terrible service.

Worst customer service. Dailanys Caveda, who claims to be in charge, saying the manager is on vacation, refused to help and flat right asked me to leave after attempting to open a new account with them. I brought in all required documents as listed per the Chase Bank website and she still refused to open an account for me. Worst service ever! This branch is filled with workers that can barely speak English, let alone do their jobs.
This is why TD Bank is better. After. my experience today with Chase, I will never use their services again. Unreliable, and down right rude

This bank location in Miami Beach is convenient and is located in a quieter area. It is easy to get to, and the lines are not long once inside. It has a large parking lot, which is always a plus.
We needed to get cash for our trip to Punta Cana next week. The process was speedy and easy. The cashier was pleasant and efficient. Everything went well.

The bank is disgusting, I opened an account here for business and every day I incur losses from them. I can’t make the simplest payments of 1-5 thousand dollars, they just shamelessly block my account and say that I’m a fraudster, I spend 2-3 hours a day and every day they tell me that my verification has not been processed, I have to run to the bank like an idiot looking for every payment. I'm closing my account here, I've had enough of this nightmare.
