Citigold customer here tor several years. NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE at this branch. If you go there to speak to manager, they tell you have to make an appointment. On Citibank website this branch is not even listed, so how can I make an appointment? And when I call Citigold over the phone they tell me there is nothing they can do! I am an infinite terrible customer service loop!

Bad customer service. I am a Citi client for 15 years. I went to this branch to open a new account and they asked me to come back with certain documents. I went back one month later, when they informed me that I needed an appointment . So I made an appointment to meet with Catherine one week after that at 10am. I was there on the day of at 9:50am, I waited for Catherine to arrive at the bank until 10:27am, she never showed up. I had to leave because I had another meeting scheduled. No respect for a client’s time, and no apologies from Catherine.

Great service, Cathy was incredibly helpful.. the entire team at the branch were welcoming, warm and fun.Key tip: Make an appointment!I recently opened an account at Citibank Miami Beach and was pleasantly surprised with the level of service and the details catered to me. I stopped into the location, set up an appointment in person with Oscar at the teller check-in and then came in to have the account setup.Cathy Rincon worked one on one with me. She was kind, detailed and went above and beyond to make sure that not only was I getting the account that best suited my needs, but a detailed review of the benefits. My tips for a great experience in the branch:1. Make an appointment, the branch is very busy and often cannot take walk-ins same day account openings. Check with the teller on what docs you need for your appointment.2. Be prompt- as the location is busy, being on-time and ready with all the docs you need will make your experience a breeze.3. Be sure to give yourself an hour or so from start to finish if you're opening a new account.4. Pay for your parking in advance to avoid getting a ticket on the street.

They cater to the needs of their clients, and always make sure to handle situations in a way that benefits their clients. I love banking at this location and can't wait to go back! The manager there is very nice and was very helpful but my overall experience with Citi bank is ok. They do not have the most user friendly app, require you to do things by phone when other banks have been doing the same thing online for years and make mistakes like send you the wrong card when your check card expires.

Worst service ever . I call my citigold manager usually once a year , he never call back or follow up on my request . It is clear that if i cant change the branch, i will remove my account fro this bank even though i have been with citibank sinc 1987 !

Waited over an hour in the lobby today (can't make an appt because citi's online site doesn't work), no one apologizes for the wait or gives an update how much longer. Overhear the manager complaining on the phone about being in a predominantly Jewish area... Just a completely poorly run branch.

Words cannot describe how bad this branch is. I feel bad for anyone who decides to see for themselves.In the 3 years I have been going to this branch they have not picked up their phone a single time.Recently I had 6 different people from Citi Executive Team try to reach the branch, they called the regular number, emergency number, the branch manager direct number, emailed the bank, sent IM messages to multiple employees at the branch and zero response.Criminally incompetent service.

The worst bank ever. Nobody answers, responds or resolves anything. Even when you sit down w/a representative and think the issue was cleared, when your statement arrives it comes exactly the same way. I spoke to many people that feel the same way! I wouldn’t even give a “1” but there’s nothing less.

Awful phone service !! Impossible to get anyone in that branch on the phone . They are always “helping other customers” as I’m hearing that on the recorded line I am walking into the branch and they have an intense butterfly social gathering . Meanwhile I had to drive all the way to them after holding on the phone for over 20 minutes !!
