“Great service - super different from new york. The bank has no tellers at all. You walk in you see desks and people in great suits . You feel like a big baller in here . So i go in im like lost then a door opens up a guy in a banging suit. He says would like to with draw or deposit , what are you looking to do . I said with draw he said sure and left with my card . Then he reappeared with in 1-2 mins money in hand . I was like wow i feel kinda rich ( miami tends to do this smh ) wit these services. Best chase ever”

“I stopped going to this Location although I live within the area long wait no Mgr in front employees undertrained. The last few time I've been here it's changed positively the Manager is always in Front Greeting directing employees and Gustavo the other Manager is always is front assisting no more long wait happy Customers..”
