Collins Tobacco is the best smoke shop in South Beach and Miami Beach. It has a great, positive, and chill vibe with really stellar, respectful staff who give outstanding care. The service is always great, and they answer any question with real suggestions. The store is clean, has good hours, great prices, and great product quality with anything smoke-related.
