We truly had a wonderful experience at this location thanks to Yeimil! We were literally going home that evening on a flight back to Connecticut and the last thing I wanted to do was purchase FOUR pairs of Crocs to add to our suitcase lol but it happened!! Yeimil’s customer service was absolutely amazing! Very friendly, sincere and you can tell he truly wants to make his customers happy. Even gave us tips about cruises taken out of Miami! He even reassured us that the croc charms he gave us that we purchased would be great for our girls. Such fantastic customer service. I asked for the associates names so I could specifically share them: Yeimil and Ren. They helped me and my son patiently until we landed on a pair that worked. I would have left long before purchasing in most other stores. They also helped me apply a small discount that I had received but couldn’t figure out how to apply. Overall fantastic experience.

I have never been more pleased and satisfied with the help of these amazing woman. We visited the Croc store in search of 1 pair of crocs and ended up leaving with 3. The ladies here are TOP TIER service. Thank you Blanca,Doris, and Yari from the bottom of my heart ❤️❤️❤️
