Madeline was very friendly, helpful and informative for our new storage space rental. Creation of the account was smooth. Be sure to bring a lock of your own. Any type of lock will do. This location js great for anyone new to Miami Beach, easily accessed. You can park in a large parking structure just next door, where the first hour is free, and easily bring your items over to the storage facility.

Great experience with Jocelyn, very professional and easy to work with. She makes every effort to provide strong customer service and a great storage rental experience. Was always nice seeing her in the building. I rented for roughly a year, facility was great and the locker itself fit my need perfectly. My lease was with CubeSmart that eventually switched over to Trunkspace. I had a better experience when it was owned by CubeSmart and 1 year later my rental total went from $70 a monthly to $120. Unfortunately with the significant rent increase I found storage elsewhere. Rating three stars because Jocelyn added the most value to my experience, took 2 stars because my rent doubled YOY for a small locker

We came here to rent a storage unit and had a great experience with a lady named Madeline. She was professional and showed us several units. Excellent location and great customer service with an onsite parking lot as well.
