I just signed up for Amazon Pharmecy, i had enough of bad service. This pharmecy say no come back come back come back we are busy. Hire more people. They make mistakes, their computer is not working, you name it. Prople think Amazon puts businesses out of work. NO bad service puts businesses out of work.

I needed some Cough Syrup as I picked up a bit of a bug while I was on a cruise ship. I came to the CVS closest to my hotel which was this place. I also was looking for some sodas to take back to the hotel. I found the sodas, but they did not have much of any cough syrup. This is a pharmacy, how do this lack that kind of basic item?

worse please ever ,, no bathrooms for costumers , the manager had very bad attitude.the machine to pay by your self broken , to put a bill you need assistance , horrible!!!!!!and horrible manager !!!!!

I'm here 11:35 pm they should be open till 12 midnight and the store is closed with employees inside (i can see through the window).

One of the pharmacist- Assisstant curly dark hair, white,tall. Never having her name-tag is the most miserable employee have ever seen. She is rude to the bone. If she can kill with her eyes(very scary, disgusting and hateful) 75% of 33141 will be dead. She is constantly launching arrows of hate and misery from her eyes and frowning face. The pharmacist manager, such a gentleman and a true happy professional, not correcting her behavior is sad. Or does she knows ...someone in corporate office?? Very strange

This CVS needs to fire every employee there. Terrible customer service-- you can't hold any employees attention for longer than a minute without them just walking away from you. I turned into film camera for them to develop and a month later of not hearing back they never sent it to Kodak. Came back two months later, they knew nothing of it. By the fourth month they told me to just call a manager. Not to mention that it took me 30 minutes to speak to someone about the issue. Terrible place and rude service.

So I go into to this cvs and buy $27 worth of items but they didn't have limes! So I went to the Mercado right next to them and purchased limes and it took me about 4 minutes! I go back to my car in the cvs parking lot to it being towed! I ask to talk to the manager who towed it and they say he's not available and won't meet to talk about it! Won't give me a number to call and now I have to pay $277 and Uber far to get my car back all because I went to get limes because they didn't have any after I used their store to buy items! Should be criminal! I'm so upset right now and will never use them again after years of giving that brand business!

I used to be very close to this CVS and I would go frequently for my quick errands such as wine or garlic if I ran out. They always have good deals on wine so that's a plus. But, like most other reviews stated, it is a gross cvs that I was only comfortable visiting during the day. It needs a good cleaning for sure. The street is sketchy and the parking lot is far behind the building so If you go at night be alert. It does get very busy in here on weekends also due to being on the beach.

I've said it before about CVS, I don't know how a behemoth like this can have a consistent culture across the country, maybe it's the hiring practices, maybe the training, I don't know, but the staff in this CVS, as in most other CVS stores I've been visiting over the past nearly 20 years, are consistently nice, helpful and on the side of the customer (unlike that awful Walgreen's across the street...). Today I returned an item that some other customer must have accidentally opened and put back on the shelf and the staff gave me a refund no questions asked. How can you not be loyal to a business like that? Congratulations to the manager and the staff!

This needs to be burned down to the ground and rebuilt. As many have stated it smells like urine as soon as you walk in. There is only one person ever working the register at any given time and someone who is asking nonsense questions to said register for 15 minutes. Please help us......

It smells like pee inside. There is no parking lot but I used the one from Walgreens across the street. Staff is very friendly. Inside is a little outdated. This is not their best location. But the coupon center worked which is a miracle!
