I just came today, June 21, 2025 at 5:15 AM to make a purchase and this employee who barely speaks, English comes to tell me that the store is closed, a 24 hour CVS. He thought he was dealing with the tourist, but I have been living in the area for almost 6 years. I told him that this is a 24 hours CVS they can be closed., to what he replied that the system is down, something that they have been doing for long, lying to the customer to be lazy. System is not down., they don’t wanna work.

I was extremely disappointed as I have been a CVS employee for many years. We tried to enter and the employee turned us away as it clearly stated it was a 24 hour store and we needed benadryl for an allergic reaction. Extremely incompetent.

During vacation and while shopping here with my partner we were harassed by one of the employees. I should have reported this and called the police at the time although we were in shock when it happened. If you ever feel unsafe by an employee in this location do not hesitate to report that person because he will only do it again to others. I regret not doing so myself.
