I had the worst experience at this location. I was treated at the pharmacy by a Nicaraguan man who was unwilling to help me at all times. He was rude and arrogant. First of all I couldn't find my prescription, I was looking for it with my bad disposition and after several attempts they found it, but then they gave me a problem with my insurance and finally they didn't sell me the medicine because according to them they didn't have it. The funny thing is that I went to ask about the medication at Publix and they found my prescription right away and my insurance went through without problems. I recommend that you do not go shopping at this CVS because its capacity is not capable of serving the public.

The only CVS in the state of Florida that is professional, incredible, has customer service and truly care about . the clients and their well being is the CVS on 14th and Alton Rd Leo the shift manager has so much class and cares so much about every client that walks through the doors. HE deserves a raise for the way he performs and takes care of the store. I am in management and retail for over 26 years and it is impossible to find anyone in his category. He should be recognized and should be appreciated dont. all his hard work and dedication . ALSO I want to compliment Danny who works mostly nights and never have I met a more polite young man who works so hard and is so responsible and provides the best client service to every single guest that walks through the doors. THE corporate office needs to know how these men are exceptional and they need to be rewarded and respected for their hard work and dedication because without them CVS would loose many clients . AS A manager of a high volume store send in a secret shopper bc then you will appreciate the men you have working for you and see the difference between them.and the rest. I TRULY HOPE THIS REVIEW GETS TO THEM Because I have done so many times done reviews and they dont.

Horrible customer service and they have difficulty getting medications on time even when it’s an ongoing med with a valid prescription and insurance coverage. Go somewhere else if you value your health.

Been there to get prescribed medications for a dog with cancer and epileptic seizures. We explained the urgency. They ordered some medications for the next day, the rest they sent us to another CVS 30 blocks away. We got there, they didn't have what we needed. W3 came back and told them. The pharmacy manager said he will order for us for the next day. We got there the next day, they made a mistake with dosage and didn't agree to give us the correct dosage. Tje seizures medications didn't arrive and they didn't even want to check if and when it will arrive. Tried to send us again to the other CVS even though he knew they didn't have it. They're a bunch of scum. Disgusting people. Careless. Walgreens on 10th st is much better. Not only they have what i needed, they understand the urgency and prepared it immediately.

CVS let me tell you the CVS located on 1421 Alton Road I believe is amazing the stop is so welcoming they're so sweet they're so smart they always trying to help you look for what you need and want. They keep a smile on all their clients they know all their clients when they're coming in and their clients even want to stay there to converse because they feel at home I believe that is so great I want to thank them so much the managers the assistant managers the representatives those ladies and gentlemen they work like crazy whether it's on the retail side or in the pharmacy the pharmacist Martinez is amazing plus the pharmacy sometimes has to reorder medication that may not being stuck at the moment but they get it done and that's awesome that's what we look for along with customer service that's what we look for thank you for giving us that.

This is the worse pharmacy I’ve ever filled my prescriptions at. They never have common medications on stock and when they say it will be present on a day, it never arrives on time. Very sassy staff also. Don’t go here. Go to a bigger CVS that actually has medication on stock.
