Very good attention from Angel and the girls who were at the cash register today (Monday the 29th at 7:00 p.m.)We had a problem registering from the page and they registered us again in a few secondsThen we had a problem with a promotion and they also solved it quickly

I am a Long term customer over 10 years love the staff angel Henry are great I recently went into the store Jennifer was horrible a item price didn’t come up correctly she ask me to take a picture I do her job and I go to take a picture she then says the price is wrong another staff member confirmed I was right she then walks away from me I asked her name she didn’t give it to me she started speaking to the associate in Spanish when she knows English and didn’t apologize she then started telling the customers what was going on not knowing I know some Spanish she gives cvs a bad name and I will be calling corporate tomorrow

Love this CVS all the employees are so helpful and attentive especially Dalgis she knew the store like the back of her hand and was very helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed and very fast as well. I’m always in and out quick at this location I love it.

I like this CVS a lot. After living in California for a while, it's refreshing to have a 24 seven store around the corner. Most staff there are helpful and professional. Life pro tip: join the CVS rewards program for five dollars a month: you get $10/ month and they send you 40% coupons almost every week. I literally save hundreds throughout the year.

Went here to pick an antibiotic prescribed by my doctor. Was told they don’t have it in stock and I could call other CVS’ to see who would have it in stock and transfer the prescription myself. I believe it was a manager - purple button down, tall with glasses. He was very rude and useless. I called my doctor again who told me they could look it up on their end to see if CVS had it in stock. When I went up a second time, Todd was very helpful and directed me to another CVS and transferred the prescription.

Bad attention from the staff, especially Elio claims to be the manager of the store, and treats customers in a hurry and demanding to buy the way they want, and even more so in a rude and arrogant way! Let's hope they improve in every aspect in this store

Most friendly staff of any CVS! I pick up prescriptions often and I always enjoy seeing the pharmacy staff. With inviting smiles, to sharing home made dog treats for my fur baby. It’s no wonder why a small line is formed of fellow Sobe locals. Big thanks to CVS and the hard work of its fellow employees.

Very rude, the lady at the cash register was on her phone and told me to go to self checkout, I asked if it gave cashback and she said "sure" and I needed to scan the hair clippers I asked for which they didn't understand I was trying to buy, had to walk to Walgreens which is farther from the laundromat I was going after. If you dont understand your job you shouldn't be working there

Bathroom never open day or night. They say it's always out of order. They lie to everyone because they don't want to clean it after the public has used it. I'm about to walk in there now and I bet the bathroom is out of order lol ..... see

Well I’ve been dealing with this pharmacy for about 6 years. They’re ALWAYS out of the prescription that I need. Take days to even get my meds in. And this pharmacy always have problems when any doctor send them my prescription over online. They say they didn’t receive it and I have to go through a lot and be missing days of the meds that I need due to them saying they don’t see anything sent when I’m fact my doctor office showed me proof that it was sent and said it is CVS that has to accept it and they just haven’t. This been going on for 6 years. Yesterday was the last straw when my doctor sent them a rx for me. I contacted cvs pharmacy 3 hrs later. They said they haven’t received anything. To call my doctor office. I called and my doctor office said they did send it over and it says waiting for cvs to accept and they haven’t yet. So she just re sent it again. Now 2 hrs later. I call cvs and get the same answer. I called office back and they told me same thing. They said it’s that pharmacy that’s not accepting it yet because it shows in computer. She stated this is a regular problem they deal with when it comes to this pharmacy and location. So my doctor suggested I changed pharmacies because her patients all have problems with this location. I gave permission for her to change a complete different pharmacy and drug store. She sent RX to new location and that location accepted my prescription in less than a minute that she sent it and had it read for pick up in less than 30 minutes. I do love cvs care pass and coupons that I receive. But I will just have to get use to this other drug store and membership. I have canceled my care pass and I will not return to this cvs or any other cvs. Just ridiculous. I’m not sure if I’m able to say the new drug store name that I’m going too. But it’s one of their biggest competition. They have now gained a new loyal customer due to this cvs pharmacy terrible service. Thanks
