Visited 2/8 in the evening. Absolutely horrible customer service. Not a single soul anywhere near the checkout area. We purchased an item that was locked in a box and after circling the store multiple times to find anyone that can help, we came across ‘Catalina’ who proceeded to berate us and talk to us condescendingly, making it seem like we were dumb for not asking the person at the front for help (there wasn’t anyone there). We were polite, never rude, and yet Catalina decided it wasn’t worth her time. We once again tried to find ANYONE at the front and when we couldn’t, we came back to Catalina one more time, who proceeded to stomp angrily towards the checkout area. I never post reviews but this interaction left such a horrible taste in my mouth. I doubt anything will come from this but with so many other convenience stores nearby, please skip this one.

Sad experience yesterday.. as tourists in Miami and sick, needed a thermometer and some medicine.
Could not find a thermometer and asked (in Spanish) at fármacy and the lady told that somewhere over there… kept on looking and looking and and could not find so asked in English if she could help and she said to ask someone else 😔.
Bought some nasal spray and at self service check out, did not know how to use it and the lady was very inpatient with me 😔
This place was a surprise because during these days in Miami, everyone else has been very helpful and friendly.

I asked for the cvs member discount (it’s free to join but I ain’t joining that trash) and the lady wouldn’t give me the discount. Which I’m pretty sure is illegal. She pretended to not speak English. And by lady I mean the lady working the self checkout. You know who you are lady

Was racially discriminated and profiled at this outlet. The manager, an older woman, raised her voice at me and insinuated I wanted free things (pointing to the plastic bag and said it was free at the end of a double transaction) when I alerted them of a problem with the self check out.

DISCRIMINATION IS AGAIST THE LAW!!
FACTS:
I WENT TO THE CVS STORE LOCATED in 555 WASHINTON STREET MIAMI BEACH FL 33139. DATE: OCTOBER 13 TH AT 07.37 PM. FACTS: I BOUGHT TWO UBER GIFT CARDS OF 25 USD EACH. I ASKED THE EMPLOYEE THERE TO HELP ME TO ACTIVATE IT AFTER PAYING AND HE REFUSED TO PROVIDE HELP. THEN A WOMAN THAT IS OTHER EMPLOYEE ( WOMAN AT AROUND 50 YEARS OLD) SAID THEY CAN NOT PROVIDE HELP. I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER , SHE SAID IS NOT ABLE. THEN SHE SAID SHE WILL ALWAYS HAS A JOB AND THIS IS NOT SOUTHAMERICA (WHERE I AM FROM) , HENCE SHE USES MY ORIGINS AS A WAY TO DISCRIMINATES ME.

Awful service, there was a long line and one person working. This guy was throwing a ball in the air and not doing any work. He had no badge number. He was extremely rude, calling me inappropriate names in front of my 10 year old daughter and taking my items away back on shelves because I was being “rude”. There was this woman who was checking me out and she was talking perfectly fine in English and then when I asked her a simple question about the return policy she was ignoring me and said she didn’t speak English but Spanish.
