The only positive note is the proximity to the beach. Everything else is to be forgotten, I don't recommend it to anyone.

This is my " go to" when I come to south beach. The service...always awesome..very helpful and accommodating! Clean rooms, great location awesome service. Been coming here since '08

This place should be closed and closed, it is! Dirty, unsanitary item; sheets, towels and pillows, blanket. Old, ugly and bad smelling carpets. Old bathrooms, clogged pipes, horrible pool. Elevators do not work. Low customer service.
-5 I don't recommend it! Even the fire department, environmental quality and any department that defends consumer rights should go.

Needs better security at beach access . Other than that. Good place. Nice pool area. Hammock, and most of all WARM OCEAN WATER 😃

And the hotel looks like from the 60’z
They have no resort but wanna charge a $18 resort fee.

hello, i have been calling for 2 hrs straight and nobody answer from ext 0 for front desk, 718 for Supervisor, 719 for Assistant GM nobody answer, i cant even book a reservation in advance. after calling for 2 hrs seem like i was blocked from the hotel front desk or managers. not cool, what can i do to book for one day?
Im Executive Chef. if managers is in need of help keeping this hotel going, they are going to have to reply here and ill contact you in your office if you guys need to answer the calls.
I'll be gladly take over the hotel and make it popular and have reliable budgeting, remove all employees and hire reliable & hard working front desk and cook including maintenance especially also need ALL new managers who can answer phone calls.

Everything was very good, clean bathroom, clean sheets, good service, the beach less than 1 minute away. The price is very good, if other people want comfort and luxury, pay more than 150 a night.

The location is great but the hotel has been allowed to die in a slow decline. It is in a state of disrepair. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, vents rusted with mildew, no microwave but a GAS stove in an alcove. Pool is chipping and not filled properly, drapes dirty and unable to pull open with the pull. A little money and TLC could turn this into a nice family motel, but I suspect it will be sold to a developer and leveled.
